   I had a reservation for two for a birthday breakfast that was confirmed through Open Table for Saturday March 7 at 10a. Imagine the embarrassment when we arrived to find the restaurant CLOSED! No lights, no host, no servers. I called the restaurant later in the day to find out what had happened and was told 'this happens all the time; we changed our hours but you can still book a table on the website'. I asked for the general manager and was told he (Abel) would be in later and would call me back. It's been 4 days and I have not been contacted. This is a real shame since we visited for the first time last month (9:30a reservations and the restaurant was OPEN) and had a really great experience. I told several friends about PrimeTime after the last visit, but you can be sure I will be calling them up and telling them not to go.

   Had reservations for Valentine’s Day and when we got there it was a line around the corner which resulted in us being 15 minutes late. When we reached the podium to check in the lady was very very overwhelmed/flustered and asked a few times for the reservation name because she was so focused on other things like seating. I found my name on the paper reservation sheet and she called a hostess to seat us. Once seated it took about 15 minutes for someone to come give us water and asked for our drink order. We asked if they had a wine/cocktail menu and the young lady said “oh myyyy she didn’t give you a drink menu, I’ll get one for you all” and walked away so fast that I couldn’t just tell her what I wanted. 7 minutes later she brings the wine/cocktail menu and says she has another table and she will be RIGHT BACK which was ANOTHER 5 mins. Needless to say 30 minutes total we FINALLY had a bottle of wine to accompany the water. As for dinner hmmmm....we ordered the calamari that was EXTREMELY salty and couldn’t eat. Then there were rolls bought to the table w/ butter but the rolls tasted as if they came out of the freezer. For an Italian restaurant I found that strange. Then for dinner I ordered the Ribeye and mashed potatoes and my date had the Miso salmon. The ribeye had no taste at all but the mushrooms that accompanied it were THE BEST. Not sure how they sautéed the mushrooms so well with seasoning but not the steak. The mashed potatoes were very stiff and dry. The miso salmon was very moist and good but the broccolini was flavorless. For dessert we had the creme brûlée and it was good. Overall stay was about 2.25 hours for everything Don’t think we will be returning even though I have a 10% off coupon from Yelp since I’m an ELITE Yelper.

   Staff are warm and friendly. Food is very good. Awesome dining experience. Appetizers, drinks and main course were all well made and delicious. Our server was 5 stars.

   Staff was very friendly .....very inexpensive drinks during happy hour which is 6-9pm everyday.....what a deal! Menu had a lot of variety both with what to eat as well as price......

   Understaffed. Took a bit to get spoons for the soup my guests ordered and had to wait a bit for the dressing to come out for my dinner salad. Waiter was pleasant.

    I saw this on open table figured it was close by and something we would enjoy..was disappointed restaurant was empty, food was ok, prices reasonable..service was excellent but prefer a little more ambience and maybe tablecloths it’s a very casual dining experience really wanted more
