amazing food, amazing service!
We placed our order I ordered a salad and baked potato and decided to share a steak with my husband. He ordered the steak medium but it came out rare. They took the steak back and cooked it longer. When they brought the steak out it was good. To our surprise they deducted the whole meal from our check. They apologized for not being the best. The food was good and we never complained at all. They behaved with great interity. I recommend this restaurant
An absolute must.
Best filet mignon I ever had.
Great vibe with nice dinner music (Jazz) amazing service great food but just a little pricey.
Overall, good experience at Prime. Loved the view of the falls!! I wish there was more recommendations presented when we sat down. It was almost like we had to pry out what the server recommended. My porterhouse was overcooked but my husbands was perfect. They re-cooked mine and it came out what felt like 30 minutes later delivered by a manager who made me cut into it right then and there. It still wasn’t to temp but I still ate it. They took it off the bill as well as the dessert and presented us with ice wine as a token of apology. Overall, it was good. I don’t recommend the blue cheese cobbler as we were expecting a sauce but it was more of a stuffing than anything (and was forgotten on the steak). Our server was good. Attentive but could tell he was busy with other tables. Wasn’t presented with coffee or any cognacs etc which wasn’t a big deal as the ice wine paired perfectly with the dessert.
Justin was great. Had a wonderful anniversary. Food was great definitely expensive but the view and food are worth it.
We were so happy with our experience here! It was my birthday, and our mini honeymoon after getting married Oct 5! We got complimentary sparkling wine and amazing service. I'm so happy we picked this restaurant especially because we both love steak!
Excellent steaks, service and outstanding view.
Celebrating our anniversary. Our server Shauna was super accommodating, helped us with menu and bar selections, and was at the peak of her game!
This restaurant was next door to our hotel. After a disastrous meal at Massimo’s we decided to try this venue and hoped for the best.
What a great surprise when this restaurant turned out to be amazing.
We did not feel like a steak dinner this night. We started with Shrimp cocktail. The shrimp were large, cold and scrumptious, served on curly greens with cucumber. The cocktail sauce was also perfect.
My husband chose the salmon. It was excellently prepared and nicely plated. I had the ravioli. It was awesome too. There was plenty of pasta and the mushroom and veggie sauce was amazing.
Our server was excellent, pleasant and attentive.
We recommend this restaurant.
The hostess greeted us with a smile, and took us right to our table with a spectacular view! James was a phenomenal server. The baclava beet salad was amazing! We recommend the NY strip cooked medium rare. They will do everything possible to ensure you have a great experience!
I would not recommend because of the extreme cost of one entree. The steak dinner was 72 dollars and I feel that that is extremely overpriced. There also wasn't much of a selection and really nothing I would enjoy eating. The view was absolutely amazing and the staff was extremely friendly, unfortunately because of the above mentioned reasons we left and did not order anything.
Outstanding experience. We’re there to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary and our server, Tammy, made it extra special.
Ordered 10 ounce Filet, arrived cold
Ordered 2 Lobster tails both overcooked
2nd steak came under cooked but warm
Took service 15 minutes to clear table after my wife had stacked the dishes neatly
Did not order desert or coffee as disappointment was monumental
no manager came by to discuss what had happened even though they were aware
Always eat at Mortons when in Niagara should have stayed with what we know
I thought it was tremendously overrated. Too many tables shoved together and even though our server was delightful she only checked on us once when the food arrived. Way overpriced and half of the “view” is just parking lots and buildings.
The staff was amazing, our serve was prompt and personable. The dry aged porter house was the best stake I’d ever had, Ruth Chris, and Morton’s pale in comparison. My date enjoyed the shrimp appetizer lobster which was also perfect.
We highly recommend this place.
Amazing food and great service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in Niagara Falls. You will not be disappointed.
Great food and view. Service was terrific.
My husband and I celebrated our 40 years together. We had amazing time.Food was good and view from the window at nigth time is speech less.
Beautiful setting. Good food and great service
My husbands 10 0z Filet Mignon was chewy at one end. Too much money for what you get. Sides were very expensive.
Service was excellent. Quality of food was very good.
Fantastic location with views of both the American and Canadian falls. Of the 3 major steakhouses in the falls area, I do believe this was the best steak I've had, it's also the most expensive of the major steakhouses.
Excellent meal and fantastic service! Our server James was very personable, attentive and professional. Beautiful view from the table, mellow music and ambient lighting throughout, the perfect atmosphere for a romantic night out. We ordered a steak tartare as an appetizer, a filet Mignon with a side of a stuffed potato and salmon for entrees, everything cooked to perfection.
The food was delicious and our server Andrew was very friendly and provided wonderful service. We got a table with a falls view and it really made the dinner special for us since we are from out of town.
Amazing service, amazing food!!! Great view too!
My wife and I shared a Caesar Salad, baked potato and ribeye steak. All three were outstanding. Our reservation was right before sunset so we saw the transformation of Niagara Falls from daylight to evening. It was magnificent! A lasting memory!
If you get a window seat the view of the falls is lovely. We weren't that lucky.
The reason we gave this place such a poor rating is due to the poor service we recieved.
Our waitress was less than friendly, we had to flag her down to get our water refilled, and the wait... we waited 20 min for her to take our order & then 1 hour to get our food. We watched as other tables came in after us, ordered their food, got their food, ate & paid their bill all while we were still waiting for our food to arrive.
When our food did arrive we were disappointed...my husband's steak was barely warm, my potato skin was burnt... my steak was good but I didn't feel it was worth the money or the wait.
Be prepared to pay a lot extra in "taxes" for the Falls.
Our party of four arrived quite early for our reservation, we were seated right away in one of the best tables. Our view of the falls was wonderful. Service was impeccable and dinner was delicious!
Other guests were very loud. View of the falls was great.
We had a wonderful experience. The view was great and the food was excellent. Patrick was an amazing server and made the experience even better - Whatever it takes!
Our server James was excellent!! The view of Niagara Falls was the best we had seen from a restaurant our entire trip and the food was really good!
Good sightseeing. Many kind of foods.
Great ambience, wonderful food, amazing server Tammy! Will definitely return to Prime Steakhouse! Bonus when we found out the hotel was the former Brock Hotel where we honeymooned 52 years earlier to the day! Special thanks to Tammy for making our 52nd anniversary extra special!
We had a fantastic experience - food and service were excellent. Our server (Carlee) was amazing - helpful, friendly, and attentive. The views from this restaurant are also simply amazing.
Dined here whilst holidaying at Niagara Falls. Sara, our waitress was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. The views of the falls were spectacular. The food and service were both of a high standard. Of course, this is a pricey restaurant and you can expects to pay around $160 CAD, incl taxes and tip, per person for a three course meal with a bottle of wine. It is definitely a special occasion restaurant, or those wanting a fine dining experience with a view.
The food was amazing! Best steak I've ever had. Beautiful view of the falls from our table. It's expensive but definitely worth it!
It was a beautiful way to spend our 40th wedding anniversary. Tammy was an outstanding waitress. Her interaction made the evening unforgettable.
View of the city was amazing. Me and my husband ordered steak and sides. Everything came out cold and was either over cooked or undercooked. We ordered the ten layer chocolate cake for dessert and it came out tasting very dry. The food is definitely not worth the price but the views are great.
Good view, sub-prime food. Better off spending money on Ruth’s Chris or Morton’s. Ordered my steak rare and got it Medium. Sides (mushrooms and fries) were loaded with salt. Usually at a “high end” place, your wine and water glasses are never empty, courtesy of staff. My wife and I kept our wine glasses full, but had to always ask for water....2 glasses total each during the entire dinner. We wanted to leave so badly that we actually left half a bottle of wine unfinished.
