   Food was outstanding, from the starters of pork belly and calamari, to the mains, the wagyu steak was the best I’ve ever had, and the fries and even broccoli was very decently portioned and very tasty. Tanner was excellent throughout service. Thoroughly enjoyed and hope to be back.

   We are staying at the hotel where this restaurant is located, however, it was excellent. The meal was a little pricey, but we enjoyed every bite. Our server, Barbara, was wonderful. She was very attentive, but she also helped make choices with her recommendations when we asked her about certain items on the menu. Even though this is not a restaurant that we could frequent on a regular basis, it is definitely one we would return to when we're in the area.

   Let’s be clear, you are paying for the view. Expect nothing more. Our food ranged from meh to atrocious. We ordered the chef’s steak special-the 30oz cowboy-for $160. We requested medium rare. It came medium well. It was flavorless and bland. The wedge salad was a visual and tasteless catastrophe. A sad, poorly composed mess of still frozen blue cheese crumbles and a half strip of overly sweet, candied bacon, the salad tasted as bad as it looked. The sides, the broccoli and mushrooms, were equally uninspired. Completely unmemorable in every way. They weren’t bad but they certainly weren’t good. The saving grace of the evening was our excellent server. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, helping us find a decent bottle of wine which helped distract us from how bad the food was. For that, we are ever thankful.

   We paid for the upgraded view, it wasn’t worth the money. The food was decent, but not my favorite. The cut of meat was very fatty. Our waitress was excellent and so was the service.

   The waiter James was excellent . He was personable and knew his stuff. My husband loved his meal. He got a rib eye steak and loaded baked potato which was excellent. On the other hand I got the surf and turf and it was not good. The lobster was tough and so was the tenderloin. the tenderloin was cooked to perfection on the inside but the outside was so over cooked that it was very very tough to cut and since it was so small you couldn't cut the edges off otherwise there would be nothing left. The lobster ravioli that came with the turf and surf was very good. The view was excellent but I also paid an extra $30.00 to guarantee a widow seat. It was the only time I have went to this restaurant but for the price and the quality of the meal I will not return.

   Staff was warm and welcoming. Did a great job of talking with us and helping us make our selections. Found the view to be spectacular and the room was not to loud. Food was great. Must visit.

   Prime Restaurant is one of the beslt Restaurant I ate while in Canada. The Server James was great. Overall a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you

    Worst steak house we have ever eaten at. The tenderloin was tough, it was a cheap cut of American beef. Not sure what the carrots were and carrots are my fav food, mac n cheese no, french onion soup no, the creme brulee was vanilla pudding with a thick hard burnt crust. My husband spit food out 3 times, he would never do that but it was that bad. We have been to dozens of steak houses from Hells Kitchen to cruise ships and many other travels and we have had better roadhouse food. Not to mention you pay $30 for a window seat to get a reflection of the other diners not the falls. Bathrooms are gross, this is not fine dining by a long shot! For anyone who thinks this is good food I feel bad that you have never had good food :(
