Very first time at prime steakhouse and would definitely go back, would recommend for a great romantic dinner. If you are looking for a cheap meal this is not the place to go. Very good price for the amazing food and view. Very pleased
Everything was beyond exceptional except for the Asian family behind us with 2 screaming kids. That did kinda upset our special night especially since I have just come back from over season armed forces deployment
It was our anniversary and we really enjoyed our dinner and evening! Super waitstaff and food! Thank you!
Food was excellent. The service was good but took too long between courses
We made a reservation a week ahead of time, to celebrate our special Anniversary, asking for a table overlooking the falls.
On our arrival, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, but the tables with the best view were already occupied.
We got a spot on the side. The food was good and the service excellent. We are sorry that we forgot the young waitress name. She was very nice and took good care of us.
The background music was pleasant, but the place is missing the romantic atmosphere we expected.
It is quite an expensive place and next time we’ll look for maybe a smaller and cozy restaurant.
I had taken my new fiancée in late November to celebrate our engagement. The staff was made aware and extremely friendly and accommodating. Our server was Christopher and he was definitely on his game with service, one of the better servers I've ever had. Seating for us was good. Food was awesome. Menu was quite expensive but whatever, it's a steakhouse. Celebratory dessert was 10/10. I would recommend.
Food was delicious, seafood soup with cauliflower was amazing, mashed maple glazed Brussels sprouts were the best I’ve ever had, potatoes au gratin were delicious, steak was cooked well, cocktail was yummy.
Service was less than satisfactory, didn’t check on us for refill needs, didn’t come back to ask if we needed dessert. Meal was very expensive, expected much better service.
I saw a few complaints about price, this restaurant you don't go to if you have a budget in mind Yes I paid $61 dollars for the Rib Eye steak but it was out of this world awesome. The view was great the steak and ravioli my wife had was also very good Nice relaxing enjoyable yes I would return
The food was exceptional . My boyfriend and I we had a nice birthdate date , the staff was very good , they were friendly , the food was Delicious ,I will recomend this place if you are in the Niagara Falls area. It’s a Plus .
We visited Prime this past week during off season so it wasn't crowded and we enjoyed a nice table at the window. It was snowy but the view at night was still pretty. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The quality of our steaks was very good. Our server, Carlee, was outstanding and made us feel welcome. As first timers to the restaurant, she was patient with us as we took time and asked many questions. Her recommendations were helpful and well taken. We selected a bottle of Amarone which was very good. One of our party of three had a birthday and she was comped a chocolate cake with candle. The cake was delicious. The ambiance and music was nice as we could enjoy a nice quiet evening of conversation. Even the Manager, Mr. Mannella, stopped to speak with us and made us feel appreciated. Thanks to Carlee and Mr. Mannella for a perfect evening.
The food was way too expensive for the quality. To pay $51 for an 8 oz steak and nothing more is a bit much. The steak was dry on the outside and didn’t have much flavour.
Our sever was excellent and very attentive.
I’ve had a better dinner with more food for less costs and the same view.
Just a weekend getaway for the two of us. Outstanding food and phenomenal service!
Amazing food and view! If you are up at Niagara and need a place to dine this is the place. The view is great as you can view both falls.
Good ambience, server was consistent and friendly. Appetizers were fast served.
Waited 1 hour for our main dish.
Food was poor quality, my wife got scallops and risotto. It was drawn in water from the scallops. Asked to change but brought same dish just drained. Flavor was ok.
I asked for medium rare 16 oz NY Steak. The steak was cold and asked to warm up. They brought the same steak lightly warmer. After cutting it I notice it was raw and chewy. I had to return it.
I was not charged for the steak, my wife ate half of her dish and we were charged almost a full meal.
The manager was kind enough to come to our table with apologies but at the end, we felt we did not have dinner.
The food was fairly good my steak was cold and my baked potato wasn’t very warm either, my wife’s steak was warm and very good, if it didn’t already take an hr to get my steak I probably would have sent it back, but at this point I just wanted to eat, their are way better steak places in Niagara that are a way better value also $75 for a steak that’s cold and takes an hr to make is just ridiculous, also the service was extremely slow on multiple occasions I had to ask a random employee were our server was or for something as simple as some more water.
The food was delicious and it was an amazing view. However, took a bit to get seated despite reservations and the dinner course took a long time to arrive. Other than that we would recommend purely the food and the view.
The place was gorgeous, but your paying for the view pretty much. I had the linguine which was very good. I would have had a steak but they were all $50 and to have a side you’d have to pay an extra $10 per side. Little bit to pricey but it’s the what you pay when your in a tourism area, just like Times Square! Food was good, waitress was attentive and view was beautiful, but the cost was ridiculous so prob won’t return here I’ve had better meals at outback.
Our waiter was friendly yet professional and very knowledgeable. The restaurant offers a fairly wide range of cuts of steak. I was not familiar enough with each variety. In a brief conversation, our waiter was able to suggest a cut of steak for me as well as a wine pairing. Both were absolutely delicious! We shared two sides...the Brussel Sprouts and Roasted Cauliflower...which were wonderfully seasoned and cooked. For dessert, we shared the Peach Cobbler which was flavorful and not overly sweet. We would definitely return!
The steak was Al A Carte, meaning the $53 8oz steak (which was the pre-cooked weight and shrunk considerably) was not worth it. The Colossal Baked Potato was delicious and huge, but again not worth $14. Same goes for the Lobster ($25, but still good).
Ambiance was nice and relaxing, great view of the falls and staff were very friendly/helpful. A good experience, but will not return unless they change up the pricing.
Everything was just perfect!
Steak excellent....Service a bit haphazard. Costly.......
Great service tonight. Our server Lindsay was very knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. Lobster chowder was amazing.
We were greeted by Frank and his supervisor. Both very friendly. Our waitress was Tammy who was also exceptional. Food was also fantastic!
Overall great experience. Service and food were great. View was amazing.
We went here for a special occasion and have to say the steaks here, service and view are absolutely outstanding ! Some steaks are a bit pricey however they taste ( so succulent !) superb !
Expensive but worth it for taste, view and service. We had a server called Carlee and she was excellent throughout making our occasion a special one.
Very nice restaurant with good service. Steaks were amazing, with beautiful view of the falls and fireworks.
I had the 21 ounce steak with bone! WOW is all I can say! Amazing food with an amazing view of the falls.
Great food with great service and a beautiful view! Enjoyed everything about the entire experience!
The service was absolutely terrible. We were begging for water, never got bread, had dessert served while there was still dinner to be cleared from the table, drinks that never came, and on and on. For a $600 dinner, I expected so much more.
Mmmmmmm mmmmmm good
Great food and ambiance! Vegetarian option was excellent and they were willing to adjust menu items to suit our needs.
Would be willing to go again!
We were seated immediately upon arrival. Waited 10 minutes to be greeted by server and given water, no drink order taken and said she would be right back to get order. Manager stopped to make sure she had greeted us. 20 minutes later she returned (husband was ready to walk out). She took order and said she would be right back with water refills. Appetizers arrived still no water and food runner didn’t offer. 30 minutes after she took order finally got water. Said food should be out any minute. 25 minutes later received main course (2med rare steaks). 1 cooked to MWell. We were so done by this point we just sent it back and shared the one steak. Waitress apologized but nothing more. Did not see manager after all of this or anything. Steak was removed from bill and we left.
Wihtout a doubt one of the most flavorful steaks I've had ina long time. I started with the lobster chowder soup and it was delicious. Most soups like this has very little lobster but in this case i finished the soup and still had big pieces of lobster left. A must try
Frank the manager turned our experience around. Server Tammy was ok, pleasant, but she knew it was our wedding anniversary and offered nothing to us even though the table beside us celebrating their dating anniversary received a free dessert - quite obviously. Slower service than expected for such an upscale restaurant which was very expensive but the steaks were excellent. You get no sides with the steaks. Price is a la carte per item. When Frank came around to the table to ask how our experience was and I mentioned that we were there to celebrate our first anniversary, he asked if any one offered us a free dessert. I was thinking, hmmm, it IS a thing! For a restaurant like this you would expect a free glass of wine or something as a gesture for choosing to spend it at their establishment. After all, the prices were very steep. And the answer was no, our server did not offer us anything. Frank made that happen with apologies and was very pleasant overall. Thank you Frank.
Steak was not tasty and very overpriced with watery pepper sauce
Excellent restaurant with great service! The food was delicious and the view is great. Highly recommend this place to anyone! I would definitely go back.
Excellent food prepared well. The wine list could use expanding as selection was limited and what we wanted was not available.
Great food, great service. Possibly a little overpriced but would go back again. Well worth a visit.
the food was great, the service was excellent and the view was amazing! thank you for a wonderful evening.
Amazing food!! Reasonable price.. Great view of the falls!! Great service!! You must try this steakhouse when you visit Niagara Falls.
