food was really very nice but missing garnish .. example no side salad with burger and chips and no veg with chick supreme. lovely decor and setting but the chairs are quite uncomfortable because the tables are too low for the chairs so back was very sore seating there.

We we celebrating our daughter birthday, turning 17 and father 's day as well.We were having a very good time, beautiful location and super friendly staff.What can I say about food was super delicious and we are looking forward going again. Well done to all of you 😊 Proud having you in our community 👏

This was my second visit to Prime Steakhouse and it will be my last. We arrived at the restaurant and were shown to our table which was beside the kitchen even though we had requested a window table. We were given menus and after 15 minutes no one had approached us for service. We asked one of the staff if we could order and we were dismissed. We waited another 10 minutes and asked again and were ignored once again. After waiting for 30 minutes and still not been offered any service we were approached by the manager and asked was everything ok but by that stage we were very unhappy with the lack of service so decided to leave.

Great food. We ordered 10oz steak and Burger. Everything was tasty and nice served. Highly recommend. .

Loved everything about it. Food was fab. The place was buzzing and the service was excellent. Prices were about right for a good steakhouse. We will be regulars!!!!

Food was average for a steakhouse which is their speciality . Bit of a mix up with orders on steak with different plate ups . The waiting was overly long in general . Restaurant decor and ambiance was beautiful and relaxing . Staff were very polite and accommodating. We knew it was newly opened a couple of weeks so taught the teething problems would be figured out by the time we had our booking , but I got a vibe that there was still some confusion and delays . Family party of 6 .
