   Lovely atmosphere. Food never disappoint. Table a bit close together as could hear everything next door were saying. That was more the people than the restaurant though. Will always go again.

   Excellent food and service a really lovely meal. One if the best rib eyes I have had in ages

   Enjoyed our recent visit to Prime St Albans, a get together with some friends. Seated in a booth for 4 which was lovely to be able to chat. Cocktails are great. This is a steak house, the hardest thing is choosing which steak to eat, the easiest thing is eating it. All our steaks were cooked to perfection, accompanying sauces are delicious. It really does just melt in the mouth. Well worth a visit

   A really good evening with friends. The pre dinner drinks were served promptly and with a smile. The menu is varied and interesting. I had the salmon but have had the bone in rib eye before - both perfectly cooked and delicious. Great that you can order sides of fresh vegetable. Really good service and nice buzzy but not over loud atmosphere.

   Service was faultless. Food was average - we ordered from the lunch menu. Starters were bland and the mains dry. Steaks were chewy and tough, and the chicken overcooked and dry. I do feel this place is overrated and you are paying for the surroundings. Also, there really is no need for a "discretionary" service charge; why do restaurants do this? Do we not have the choice to tip as we please anymore? The more you spend, the more they charge. Hmmmmm

   We had Sunday lunch for a group of 6 food was good Service attentive and desert excellent.

    This was our second visit and we were very impressed. For starters we had the scallops and the breaded Brie, both of which were lovely. The steaks are amazing and melt in your mouth. The service was excellent and the waiters are very attentive. Overall I would highly recommend this restaraunt and look forward to going back.
