I had a great time at prime the music was good and the ambiance was great. Our waitress Jas was excellent I had a great time celebrating my birthday there.

Food was good lobster roll was nasty dinks need more liquor and I’m Not a drinker so u know i really couldn’t taste the liquor customer service phenomenal they definitely fix any problem u have n you don’t hv to question the bill basically all drink is $20 give here a 8/10

The waiter was very nice and very attentive .. but the drinks had more ice then anything else I took one sip and the drink was finished it was not worth $18 and wasn’t even strong maybe because of all The ice .the food was ok wasn’t anything special and the mac and cheese was $20 and was not worth itthe price it was so small and the main course only came with one side for the price should at least came with 2 sides

This is now my 2bd time at Prime. hard to believe that my second was worse than my first experience the staffing and the attentiveness of the staff is horrendous. No one follows up the food is mild temperature and the drinks are meh. It's a beautiful restaurant so nice to look over the mile, but has a long way to go. I expected an impeccable experience with Primes' reputation but this is definitely not it. I will not be back.

Beautiful place! Staff was very friendly. The environment was great. It made me feel as if I were in Miami. If you enjoy seafood, this is the place! Excellent presentation and quality food items. The lychee martini was top notch!

Prime was definitely a pleasant experience. It’s very comfortable, the environment is inviting, it’s vibrant, and the staff were courteous and professional. The food was tasteful and satisfying. The music kept us moving and the vibes were uplifting. It appears the other patrons were enjoying themselves as well. It’s great for special events, get togethers, after work, a spot to enjoy an abundance of great food options, and have a little 2 step. Last but not least, I yet to have a drink that didn’t appeal to my palate. Thank you Prime❤️

We sat at our table for an hour with no food at all-so I can’t really comment on the quality of the food, but I can tell you that I’ll never go back. It took them 30 minutes to bring water to the table and 45 minutes before someone came to take our appetizer order. When it got to be an hour of sitting there watching other people complain about the same thing-we left. It wasn’t overly crowded-so maybe they were short staffed… Maybe they’ll get their act together… but I’ll be down the street at Off the Hook where they were happy to offer prompt service and a really nice meal.
