   Prime is guaranteed to give you a quality experience in terms of food, customer care and location. It's so peaceful to watch the river flow by. Richard looked after us perfectly. He was attentive, on hand, fun, informative, friendly and has great energy. We ordered the Prime Steak Sandwich and Wagyu Burger, thoroughly enjoyed both, and will, of course, be back again soon. Thanks team!

   Lovely location for a restaurant and the ambience and staff are very good. However, for the second time, the steak was overdone and dry in places. For meat that cost £41 just for a steak, that is not good. The half lobster I had was also overdone, but still tasty. To be fair, I ate most of the meal and the restaurant still took 50% off the price of the main meal. So, I would recommend going there, but I think they could certainly improve their steak cooking.

   Arrived very nice welcome. Food order was very quick!. Ordered food and it took 50 mins to arrive at the table then the sauces took another 5 to 10 mins to arrive. On that our steaks were over cooked!

   my partner & I both have Camembert to start & muscles for main, which we’re both lovely the portion size was generous and the staff were all lovely

   For a “steak restaurant” the quality of the rib eye steak was extremely poor, like rubber. The rest of the food was ok but not fantastic for the price.

   I went to Prime for a birthday dinner it was delicious. The service was very good and the whole experience I really enjoyed. Would definitely return at a later date.

   Food was great but the service was terrible. Had to get the staffs attention every time, they never checked on our table.

    Our 2nd visit, food very good but a few issues. Charged for items not received and confusion over drinks we ordered for another table, which they didn't get but we were charged for. Also, a different table (who we didn't know) also got a bottle of wine served from us! All sorted out but spoiled the experience somewhat.
