Got to enjoy a nice meal while we took our daughter out from her college for a change in scenery!
Came here with my wife for her birthday and we had an amazing time. The food was Incredible .We had chilled seafood tower as. a starter and it was delicious We shared the bone in ribeye for 2 steak an OMG it was amazing .The service was incredible
Sabir was very attentive and super friendly. His recommendation were top notch.nick the Manager checked up on us throughout the evening and had conversation with us.Overall we had an amazing time thank to great food .wine and incredible service .Thank you sabir nick for making my wife birthday so memorable.
In my opinion, the service we received was not exactly up to a steakhouse's standards. One of our party had to send his steak back to the kitchen twice as it was quite obviously barely cooked. And the affogato dessert isn't that at all. It's more like an Irish coffee. There was no gelato; and they didn't pour espresso over the ice cream. It came already served with whipped cream. That isn't affogato at all.
Also, at one point our waiter knocked a glass of seltzer off the table when moving plates around. They didn't replace the beverage or clean up the spilled liquid until we asked them to do so about 20 minutes later.
On a good note, the recommended red wine was a winner, and my striped bass was well cooked and tasty.
The prime rib was served cold and there was way too fat / grizzle on the piece. Also, it was rather tough. The taste was decent. The Caesar salad was boring, just chopped lettuce and croutons. Dressing was nice. My wife’s salmon was excellent. Hot, tasted great.
Food was ok. Mashed potatoes were very salty and veggies were bland. Steak and lobster was good and service was very good!
Too dark in the dining room. But other than that. It was great
Our server Shabir is friendly.extremely knowledgeable and a delight.for appetizers the grilled octopus was really awesome we ordered a 32 oz ribeye with the bone cooked perfectly Everything is outstanding.Amazing dinner.Amazing service .Amazing energy! All in all.a great experience.look forward to enjoying again soon!
The waiter did not come over to us for over 20 minutes to get our drink order, the appetizers were not fresh - almost inedible. The entrees were ok, waiter gave the dessert menu but never came to take our order. For the price it was truly a disappointment. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Everything was beyond exceptional. Food. Drinks. Ambiance. Service. Many thanks to Sabir & Tara for a wonderful evening.
It was mostly a good experience for a steak house. The food was good; not great. The special of the evening was surf and turf and the lobster tails were overdone. The steak was good. We asked for our dessert to go, 2 of the berry compote. We arrived home to find two orders of beignets and sauce in the package! We do not eat pastries and threw it out.
Also it was quite crowded, almost a FULLY seated restaurant by the time we left at 7pm. There were paritions beteen tables but very crowded. And we made our reaervations for an earlier dinner specifically to avoid any crowding.
Valentine’s Day 2021! When everything indicated it would not be great due to Covid-19 restrictions, Prime House turned it around, followed all the safety refs and STILL made it so very special. They made us feel very special! The crab cake was sublime, the Caesar Salad refreshing, crisp with just the right amount of tang. My surf and turf (didn’t want to do the VDay special menu pre fixe so out waiter allowed me to order the regular filet and add a lobster tail), prime rib, fabulous onion rings and creamed spinach topped off what I would call a spectacular and memorable meal. We also had specialty coffees a cappuccino for my hubby and an Italian coffee with frangelico for me!
The food was available at best. The beet salad was bland. The salmon was served over risotto was drowned in grease and butter. The rib eye was fine and cooked to order. The worst part of the meal was dessert. The waiter suggested the carrot cake. It was awful. It looked like an Entenmann’s cake was unwrapped and placed on the plate. However, unlike Entenmanns, it was hard and dry. I understand COVID has hurt restaurants tremendously, but the quality of the food should not suffer. Maybe just shrink the menu and do your dishes well. There are plenty of other steakhouses in the area that are so much better for the price.
This was of the worst experiences that I have ever had in my entire life. Saying that we were disappointed would be an understatement. My girlfriend and I have wanted to come here for over a year. We waited over an hour for our food and we only ordered the grilled salmon and city scramble with truffle fries and mashed potatoes on the side. On top of the extremely long wait time for our food, they also forgot my mashed potatoes, which I had to ask my waiter for. In addition, there was a table that arrived around 10-15 minutes after us, they ordered two steak dinners, received their food, and almost finished their meal before we had even received our food. While waiting for our food, there was no communication from our waiter to us in regards to the status of our food the entire time. Upon receiving our food, I asked our waiter what was the reason for the delay. The waiter told me that the kitchen was backed up and that he honestly was not sure what the problem was. The kitchen was not backed up when we ordered our food, as it was pretty empty when we got here, so that was a lie. I believe that if mistakes cannot be identified, they cannot be corrected in the future and are bound to repeat themselves. I also asked our waiter to speak with a manager multiple times (around three or four). We remained at our seats for another hour and still, no manager approached us. Originally I thought that the distinction in this restaurant was limited to the waiter and kitchen staff. However, after the manager not approaching us despite being made aware of the situation and that I would like to speak with him or her, I realized that there is disfunction on the managerial level as well. Prime House was a terrible experience and I will never come back here again. I have never written a review in my life for any establishment, but my experience here was so horrible that I had to write a review immediately. I hope that this review is informative and helpful.
Food and reataurant was great i will go back for regular menu i went for brunch and it was delicious definetly recomended .
This was a experience soon as my party walked through the door we felt comfortable with the attentiveness the food was delicious small portions to have you full but not overstuffed wine and liquor was on point we ordered top shelf only but the crab cake was the highlight of our dinner 🤤for others looking to dine here you won’t regret it your gonna be spending good money here but your paying for great food from top chefs and wait staff I’m gonna definitely go back
We started with a couple of hand crafted cocktails to start the night and they were made perfectly. We proceeded with their special prix fixe menu for the Valentine's Day weekend, which was an outstanding value. The burrata and oysters were absolutely 2 superb starts to the evening. We then followed this delicious start with the surf and turf option with pureed potatoes and asparagus. The lobster and filet were equally exquisite and cooked to a tender and juicy mouthwatering finish. The final chapter of this meal was chocolate cake in a glass which was very creative, moist and extremely enjoyable. The service was on par with the dining experience and I cannot wait for our return.
Food was excellent, staff was friendly and accommodating especially during these strange covid times.
All i can say is great service. Good food. what more can you ask for.
First time there and I will definitely be back in the future. Food was tasty and it is a great atmosphere inside!
Had a great time with a friend that I haven’t seen in a long time. They didn’t rush us out
Great food and great cocktails
2 of the food items we ordered did not arrive to the table as described on the menu.
The 3rd dish required multiple substitutions to accommodate the kitchen’s limitations.
At 1:00 PM, mashed potatoes, prime rib, and sushi were not yet available.
Will go back for dinner to see if experience is improved.

Excellent restaurant for steaks, prime ribs and even duck. Even the shrimp risotto was delicious. Would recommend highly .
Delicious food, great service and value. We can’t wait to go back!
We had a pleasant time and were pleased with everything
Ate Brunch at PrimeHouse on 1/24/21. Food was delicious! Arrived quickly - still warm - well set on the plate. Got the hamburger with fried egg. A little underdone than the medium I requested - but ate it anyway. Which is reason for less than 5 star service. After order went in - our waiter didn't appear till the check drop - but still had to request the bill. Not sure if he had a lot more tables - and I get the early attention once we sit down - but wait staff need to follow up once food drops. The food is warm - so maybe it's a knife - fork - ketchup - whatever - but DON"T LEAVE THE CUSTOMER STRANDED while the food is still warm! Again - food great - well plated - tasty - just tighten up the service.
I have been waiting for a while to try this place and brunch menu looks amazing and reasonable. The lobster roll was not the best choice for the price, everything else on the menu was amazing especially the blueberry corn muffin!
I GOT THE LAMB CHOPS MEAL IT WAS VERY TASTY BUT HONESTLY FOR 44$ I EXPECTED THREE LAMB CHOPS AT LEAST IN STEAD OF THE TWO BESIDES THAT IT WAS A GOOD FIRST EXPERIENCE
Great food, excellent martinis and service was outstanding!
Food was amazing, and while our server was great, it seemed as he was just too busy to give us the attention he wanted to. But no complaints ! Very great anniversary dinner.
We were celebrating with our daughter and son and had a great meal and great waiter!
Excellent happy hour with half price appetizers and sushi. Great dining there Wednesday with 50% off bottles of wine $75 or more.
Great dinner....again !! Had a senior moment & over paid on bill, waiter ran out to parking lot to find us ! Honesty & integrity makes for a great wait staff !! Already looking forward to next dining experience !
The Primehouse lobster rolls is the best in town!Lobster Benedict are also outstanding! The waiter was helpful.friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.He assisted with our food choices and he was spot on.Excellent service.delicious food!
We wanted to try something new- and we did- Everything was great from bing taken on time to the service , the food and the drinks.
I was celebrating my 28th birthday here with a few of my family members and prime house was nothing less than perfect. The food was amazing and our server for the night Mr. Shamir, was excellent. Even the manager Nick made sure to check on us and see if we needed anything. The ambiance was beautiful, and the food was cooked to absolute perfection. I will return in the near future.
Food & service excellent!! Staff very friendly!!!!
