Prime is one of my favorite restaurants. I had a customer dinner, taking three guests.
Historically, we dine at a nice steak house, but I wanted to do something different this year. The result: My guests gave rave reviews! They enjoyed the relaxed ambiance and the diversity of food options. Chef Chris and his staff always deliver. I hope a new Holiday dining tradition has begun!
Great food. Good service. We had chicken crepes and halibut and both were excellent
We love going to Prime. The food is consistently great and amazing service.
This place was fine, it could be a little better. My steak and potatoes did not have any salt or pepper, not sure if that was intentional or not. Atmosphere was fairly loud with the hard surfaces and smaller venue. Management should take some tips from Victor's wood grill in Coppell.
Prime Fram to Table hands down has the best food anywhere around the Flower Mound / Highland Village area. Our favorite dishes are the Scallop Crudo and the Seared Pork Belly. You will not regret booking a reservation here. Enjoy!
We really enjoyed many aspects of our experience at Prime Farm to Table. The ambiance was relaxing, quiet and not busy. We were seated right away. Our waiter was engaging and helpful but not as attentive as we would have liked. For example; my husband finished more than half his dinner before his drink refill was brought out. We requested a knife at the same time, but we didn’t receive that until I asked again when the refill made it out. My husband ordered the halibut, he said the flavor was amazing, unfortunately he needed a knife to cut through it as it was a little tougher than expected. I ordered the NY strip medium , it had phenomenal flavors, but was cooked past medium and almost fully well done. It was our anniversary dinner, the one meal a year we splurge. Although our waiter wished us a happy one, I was hoping for a little something extra, like writing on the plate.
The cornbread was so good, I have thought about it all day! And the Gluten Free pumpkin brownie was to die for. I love that they offered gluten free options.
We would definitely like to try it again.
Thai fish sticks needed more sauce. Scallop appetizer was good, as was the lobster roll. Apple fritter dessert was FANTASTIC.
The food here is amazing. No matter what you may order expect deliciousness. Incredible. Our favorites are the Scallop Crudo and the Pork Belly.
The prefix menu choices were varied, and everything we got was amazing.
So far, best restaurant I have eaten at north of the lake
Prime Farm to Table never disappoints! Great service and excellent food from the beginning of the meal to the end keep us coming back time after time. Always a positive experience!
Great food. Horrible service. Waiter would disappear for extended times. He forgot to bring our drinks with each course. Terribly slow.
Also, drinks would sit at bar as many staff would pass by & look at them. Yet not one bothered to pick them up & deliver to our table 15 feet away.
It’s a shame because they have great food, but staff (especially our waiter) was awful.
Small quaint dining experience.I would put this up against any big upscale restaurant in DFW. Don’t let the fact it’s located in a strip center deter you. Food is phenomenal! Service is great and the drinks were good. Hidden gem amongst all the other restaurants in the area. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for! Cheers!
Everything was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back. The pork belly appetizer and the fresh scallop cruddo was amazing. Can’t wait to go back.
The food was wonderful! Service was accommodating. The staff went out of its way to make our night special.
Had a wonderful lunch . Waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The food is always yummy! Love this place
I was pleased that Mcleod was my server/barista again. He is professional yet friendly. He fixed me an extra dry Tito's martini and, as times before, it was excellent. I tried the frittata, which I had not had there in over a year. It was very good. The arugula that came with the dish was fresh and tasty.
Chef Chris, Jen & Mike our servers as well as the hostess were all fabulous. Food is incredible. Several area restaurants have signs on their doors when you walk in “ Please be patient we are understaffed” and also have long wait times.
YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY OF THOSE ISSUES AT PRIME FARM TO TABLE. Most of the staff has been there for years
My daughter in law birthday!!
My wife and I have dined here many times and this was the first time I have been disappointed. Our server seemed a little out-of-sync and I had to remind her three times that we had ordered a bottle of wine, which finally arrived after our entree's were dropped off. I ordered a Spanish Tempranillo, and they delivered a Spanish red, but not a Tempranillo. At least it was less expensive than what I ordered!
The first courses (Octopus Salad and Tortilla Soup) were great! Main Entree's were not great. I opted for the $30 upgrade on the pre-fix menu to the "Long Bone Pork Chop". They did not ask for a temperature on my Pork Chop and it came out medium well to well done and under-seasoned, very disappointed to pay extra for dry, chewy, bland pork. The Spätzle as a side starch and wilted spinach with the pork chop were very good. My wife went with the Pan Roasted Snapper which was also overcooked. Fish dries out when it is overcooked and this was inedible and sent back. The garnish was also odd, really large pieces of Fennel and large Apple slices didn't seem to jive with the rest of the entrée. We love potato gratin which was featured on steak dishes, so we ordered an extra side of potatoes which tasted fantastic, but it was cold in the center.
We came in at 8:30 pm so maybe the staff were just ready for the evening to be over by then? Very friendly service, but many stumbles last night.
Service was slow and the steaks had no seasoning what do ever and the food was over cooked. The waiter was really nice and apologetic and that’s why we stayed but we would have left. Took over 3 hours the finish getting everything
The chef is one of the best in Dallas. The service was outstanding. Michael did a great job. We love the place for all occasions. This was a date lunch with my wife. The oysters were so sweet and the lobster roll was delicious. Going back soon. 5+ stars!!
Delicious food, great quality. Loved the ambiance, service was wonderful.
Food was creative, very well prepared. Staff was very friendly. Minor service error for which they demonstrated exceptional service recovery.
McLeod, my server and barista, did an excellent job with my Tito's martini (as he has on previous occasions). I ordered the oysters on the half shell. They were good except that, this time, they were smaller than they had been when I had them. Just the same, I enjoyed my noonish visit.
It was my husbands birthday and our server Mike was amazing! I really appreciate the quality service and amazing food. The entire restaurant chimed in on the birthday celebration! The food was absolutely amazing!!!!
We love this place! Consistently great food and craft cocktails at this hidden gem in Flower Mound. The service is great- Emma is particularly attentive & friendly and we always look forward to seeing her. Chef makes the BEST lobster rolls and the tempura brussel sprouts are outstanding. The 'corn bread in a can' is also a wonderful treat. A creative menu with impeccable attention to detail. Yum!
It was an anniversary dinner and like usual it was very good. We always sit at the bar as we like to chat with other patrons and the bar staff. Brian is a great bartender and very pleasant to converse with. Enjoy!
Enjoyed everything about our dinner and service. Having a reservation is a must for the weekend and see if you can request a specific table ahead of time too.
Tonight we experienced the worst service we've had at this restaurant, and we've been at least half a dozen times. The restaurant was fuller, and there were more tables than usual, more like pre-covid levels, we suspect. Their food is delicious. Our waitress was inattentive. I asked for a glass of water four times, and finally went to the bar to ask for water. I did not have a knife, and asked for one; it never arrived. We were disappointed in the service, but, again, the food is excellent.
We ordered off the 3 course Prix Fix menu. Plenty of options in all the categories of, Appetizer, Main Course and Dessert! Everything arrived correctly, whether it was supposed to be served , hot or cold. Portions were generous and we had our leftovers "boxed" to take home. Service was pleasant and professional. The atmosphere was a retreat on a sunny hot evening and then the blinds were raised as the sun began to set. All in all, a wonderful evening. We will definitely be returning to try other meal options!
Excellent evening there. Food was terrific. A bit hard to find (we came from Denton). Service excellent.
Prime is amazing. We’ve been there about four times now and the experience has always been incredible. I had the water and spinach salad (with a little extra vinaigrette) and NY Strip. It came with creamed spinach, and fingerling potatoes. I also got creme brûlée and my husband got apple fritter. So good! The service is impeccable. Prime Farm to Table is the first restaurant that rolls off our lips when someone is asking for a place to go because we know they won’t be disappointed.
Food and service was amazing ~ quite the hidden gem in the local area...you will not be disappointed.
Gotta try the NY Strip! Staff is great and bartenders Bryan and Jen are excellent.
Food took a very long time to get to us. It was a very crowded evening I think they forgot us.
Great food and service. We had the NY strip and the scallops, both were outstanding . Very nice restaurant
Our server, Carin, did a very nice job! Terrific food.
Excellent as usual
Enjoy the bar seating the most
McCloud is an astounding mixologist with incredible logistic abilities to maintain flow of the bar, outgoing drinks, and service.
He whipped up excellent moctails for my daughter
Food always top notch.
Lobster roll is the best within 100 miles.
