The service was excellent however the food was terrible. The crab cake was overly fishy which they tried to hide with a basil aioli which in all honesty could have worked had they provided more it of. The steak has an odd coloring on the outside, almost a Salisbury steak hue and a ton of fat. The drinks, the wedge salad, the shallot mashed and the lounge singer were great!! but overall for the price we probably won’t return.

We picked Prime for our anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed! They even included a menu with a special happy anniversary wish. We ate off the restaurant week menu and everything we had was delicious. The service was also great. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous lunch. Our servers (Mario and Michael) were incredible. The hostess (Robyn I think) was kind and engaging. The food was beyond expectation in flavor and presentation. We can’t wait to return.

We always enjoy Prime, this time things were a bit off. I ordered the Wagu Steak medium rare plus and it came out cold. We also ordered a filet medium rare plus and it came out well done, had to send it back and the second steak was basically rare and again was cold. We had theatre tickets and had to rush to eat and get to the show on time. First bad experience I have had, they were busy and appeared short staffed hopefully next time its better.

We always love eating here. The steaks are fantastic, and the bourbon maple bacon brussel sprouts are absolutely delicious. We get them every time. The bar area frequently has live music which creates a fun atmosphere, and the rest of the restaurant is quiet for easy conversation. Finally, the drinks are always great too, particularly the Primo Rita and ‘Spresso bourbon drinks.

My husband and I dined here for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have been happier. The food was absolutely incredible! I have food allergies and the chef and staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. We will definitely be returning, and we will continue to rave about this restaurant to our family and friends!

Zack and Fiona were great and took special care of us all evening. The food, especially the filets, were fabulous as were our wedge salads. We ordered 4 desserts to share with 7 and they were all wonderful but everyone agreed the brownie was best. Whole evening was GREAT!

Food was great but they are grossly under staffed. When ya go to a place and drop $500 on a meal you expect good service. They have like 1 server and a helper working 6 tables. I would have bough 2 more glasses of over priced wine and a desert but it took us 2.5 hours to have a dinner and servers were never around.

Tristian O, is a all around good server! We have had him twice and he delivers on all levels. We went for our anniversary, and my birthday all within a month apart and we are happy to see His energy! His professionalism! We appreciate you! Whoever the man is that walks around making sure everything is in order, from atmosphere, service, greeting at the door is high class! And the outfits are classy and very boss like! We appreciate him too! All staff! The Band top tier! The drinks YES! Bourbon flights OMG! Everything top tier! Nelson Castillo has created a very nice establishment in our city and by far our favorite restaurant to enjoy intimately in our city! Thank you!
