Nice Decor. Fairly Quiet. Servers were polite and efficient. The food was good but not great. We had filets, mashed potatoes, Caesar salads and crab cake. Each side is Ala carte. It’s expensive but moderately priced compared to other steak houses ie Jeff Rudys. Nothing creative or especially memorable about the dishes. One steak was under cooked.

We reserved a high top table in the bar before a concert. We split a wedge salad which was very small and had ranch dressing instead of blue cheese. It tasted like it had dill in it (we were not a fan). Both us had the 8 oz filet and shared the mashed potatoes. The filet was very tender, good seasoning and tasted great. The potatoes were very creamy and also really good. We split the chocolate chip cookie dessert which just set the meal off to perfection! Our server was very friendly and attentive. The chairs in the bar needed updated though. They weren't deep enough and weren't comfortable.

Our experience at Prime was amazing. Nelson was outstanding. We were celebrating a special occasion and he went above and beyond to make sure the birthday boy (and his younger sister!) both felt very special. Thank you, Nelson for making our evening a memorable one in Cincinnati. We highly recommend this place for the remarkable host, service, ambiance and food.

Accommodating and attentive service. Attractive ambiance. Food was artfully prepared and presented. Very willing to make adjustments for allergies and restrictions. Goat cheese salad, lobster bisque and sea bass were exceptional but pretzel crust brownie was simply divine. Tristan, Brian and Jazz provided great service. It was a pleasure meeting and conversing with Nelson.

We went for restaurant week. The steak was amazing. Wine excellent. Key lime pie sooo yummy. We were seated by the window and it was fun to watch the world go by in our quiet comfy spot. All staff were outstanding, very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to going back soon.

I had been once before for a friends celebration dinner and loved it so much I recommended it to my brother for his birthday dinner. It was my brothers, mom, and grandmothers first time eating at Prime and they were blown away! Every employee was kind, thoughtful & went above and beyond. My brother typically doesn’t speak up on places we go but he has not stopped talking for several days about Prime!! I would recommend this establishment to any and all, the service and food we had is unmatched. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again!

We had a wonderful evening! Somehow we got lucky and they seated us in the private room, The Grotto. I hadn't requested it, but it was a godsend for my parents, who are in their 80s and can't hear well. It made the evening so much nicer being able to enjoy our conversation. The waitstaff were very attentive, and kept us on schedule for the show we were going to without rushing us. The food was all perfect and delicious, especially the Moroccan Salmon and Prosciutto wrapped scallops.

The service was excellent however the food was terrible. The crab cake was overly fishy which they tried to hide with a basil aioli which in all honesty could have worked had they provided more it of. The steak has an odd coloring on the outside, almost a Salisbury steak hue and a ton of fat. The drinks, the wedge salad, the shallot mashed and the lounge singer were great!! but overall for the price we probably won’t return.

We picked Prime for our anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed! They even included a menu with a special happy anniversary wish. We ate off the restaurant week menu and everything we had was delicious. The service was also great. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous lunch. Our servers (Mario and Michael) were incredible. The hostess (Robyn I think) was kind and engaging. The food was beyond expectation in flavor and presentation. We can’t wait to return.

We always enjoy Prime, this time things were a bit off. I ordered the Wagu Steak medium rare plus and it came out cold. We also ordered a filet medium rare plus and it came out well done, had to send it back and the second steak was basically rare and again was cold. We had theatre tickets and had to rush to eat and get to the show on time. First bad experience I have had, they were busy and appeared short staffed hopefully next time its better.

We always love eating here. The steaks are fantastic, and the bourbon maple bacon brussel sprouts are absolutely delicious. We get them every time. The bar area frequently has live music which creates a fun atmosphere, and the rest of the restaurant is quiet for easy conversation. Finally, the drinks are always great too, particularly the Primo Rita and ‘Spresso bourbon drinks.

My husband and I dined here for our anniversary, and we couldn’t have been happier. The food was absolutely incredible! I have food allergies and the chef and staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. We will definitely be returning, and we will continue to rave about this restaurant to our family and friends!

Zack and Fiona were great and took special care of us all evening. The food, especially the filets, were fabulous as were our wedge salads. We ordered 4 desserts to share with 7 and they were all wonderful but everyone agreed the brownie was best. Whole evening was GREAT!

Food was great but they are grossly under staffed. When ya go to a place and drop $500 on a meal you expect good service. They have like 1 server and a helper working 6 tables. I would have bough 2 more glasses of over priced wine and a desert but it took us 2.5 hours to have a dinner and servers were never around.
