    We were visiting the city and celebrating our anniversary. We found Prime and tried it out based on reviews. Parking was valet but I think it should be free. The staff were kind and nice. We had two greeters and both were attentive, engaging and consistent. The restaurants printed our names on the menu! The food came out very quick and it was delicious. The portions are rather small for the price. We would have thought they would give us a dessert for our special occasion! They gave us excellent recommendations for desserts and they were great! Try the brownie and salted caramel ice cream! Overall, it was a good experience and we would return, if and when we’re in the area!

    Consensus of our table was that the meal and service was mediocre at best. Waiter seemed distracted and not attentive. Definitely would not choose to visit again.

    We had a large group and the server got us our drinks and let us talk for awhile before ordering as we requested. He did an overall good job. My 6oz. Filet was cooked correctly but had quite a bit of fat and was very salty. My friends seafood dish was dry. My husbands lobster tail and baked potato were cold and steak fatty. No one else complained.

    We celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary at Prime and had an excellent experience! Everything we ate was incredible. Steaks were so amazing! Great wine and bourbon selection. Service was top notch. We loved our experience at Prime!

    The greeters were lovely. Very nice. We ordered a few things: truffle deviled eggs. They were sprinkled with very mediocre bacon bits. I'd rather see it garnished with one larger piece of bacon showing the bacon was real and fresh. I think the same ones were on the "loaded" baked potato which was NOT loaded. I've don't think I've ever been served a drier potato. It was laughable, really. I won't go back unless I grab apps and a drink at the bar because everything else is closed or full.

    The meal was tasty but overpriced. When you are buying an $80 steak you want to be wowed and we were not. The service was just OK. We felt like our main waiter was always trying to upsell us something else. We were told that the one side that came with our meal was a small individual side and we should probably order another side or two for the table. The side with our meal was more than enough. We took the extra side home in a box. Menu price on the steak was $79....we were charged $81. My wife's filet was also just OK....the main waiter warned her that the 6 oz filet was small...she should consider a larger one (she didn't) but again another upsell try. Our reservation was for 7pm and we didn't get out of there until 9:45pm. We spent alot of time waiting after we were done eating. We waited about 20 minutes for a slice of key lime pie to go....and that wasn't even that special. Barely any key lime flavor. I really wanted to like this place....but overall it was underwhelming.

    Taste of Cincinnati was happening this weekend so having the view from Prime Cincinnati to people watch during a wonderful dinner made for a great experience. Service was great and the menu was fantastic. Overall, a great evening.
