This intimate event will be hosted by Mendel CEO Diego Surazsky, offering guests an in-depth experience of the winery’s philosophy, winemaking process, and rich history. Each course, designed by Culinary Director Shawn Heine, is thoughtfully paired with a selection of Mendel’s most acclaimed wines.
