   When I looked at the menu prices saw $170 steak, I was thinking fine steakhouse. But I walked in and it felt like Applebees or Chili’s. I mean a steakhouse should have Sinatra or jazz trio playing softly. Instead, this place had Eddie Vedder yarling Pearl Jam so loud my wife and I had to repeat ourselves several times throughout dinner. And you’d expect to have some separation between tables, but we were pressed right up against the tables on either side of us. Plus our waiter kept getting lost. I felt like a real A-Hole because every time he came back to the dining room, I had to raise my hand to get his attention. He literally walked in and out of the dining room the first 3 times without checking on us

   Since we sat down a waiter never attended us. The people that got there after us that were seated around us were attended before us. Even to pay we were forgotten and the last to pay because we still were not properly being attended

   Tartare was an off menu item we requested and was by far one of the best we have ever had—perhaps will ask for wagyu next time. Can’t wait to be back

   The selection is traditional with flicks of the interesting. The appetizers are the best value and the current bar menu melon-heavy. I keep returning because of the overall deliciousness.

    The food was very good! However, portion sizes was very small. Also having to pay extra for the sides was a disappointment especially with how expensive the meals were.

    We chose Prime over our usual Sante Fe restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner and Expected a little attention by staff considering it was his birthday however none was given. Service was lacking and slow. Waiter was cut and dry and we didn’t get that welcoming feeling. Food was very good unfortunately I will hesitate to dine at prime because of the poor service. and as for special occasions I will not recommend Prime.

    The volume of music was way too loud and not the type of music for a romantic dinner date. The food was good, but a bit pricey. The charge for bread was ridiculous.

    The food was pretty good. My husband and I ordered steak and they were both a bit overcooked and not very tender. Have had better steaks elsewhere. Place was a bit noisy for me but may be enjoyable for others. Not a good place to have a nice quiet dinner and enjoy good conversation with friends because of this, in my opinion. Overall, an okay experience.

    Steakhouse was well prepared. The shrimp bisque is delicious. Service was excellent. Thisnis fibe dining and the ambience was great. They had a DJ playing music but it wasn't annoying and we were able to have conversations with no problem.

    Food and service was great. Waiter was timely on checking on us. Music was a bit load and music didn't go with the ambiance. Would recommend it though for others to try out.

    It took a long time for our drinks/food to be serve. I understand there is a staff shortage but it was unacceptable how much time we had to wait. We had ask for a bottle before we ordered dinner but the waiter didn’t bring it until after we had received our dinner. Our dinner was also cold by the time we got it. Only nice thing we can say is that they brought a beautiful cheese cake for our birthday celebration.

    Food and service is very high quality- warm bread and butter came out quickly and our drinks followed. Appetizer shrimp bisque and roasted corn was very good . Steaks perfectly cooked and all on point- bone in ribeye filet, petite filet, and sides- truffle mac and cheese, asparagus. Mostachon cake shareable for desert. The only issue was the table they offered us is a booth in a dark corner , with poor lighting ( we sat there on a previous occasion and had to use our phone flashlight in order to see the menu) and away from the lively ambiance of the rest of the restaurant. Even with a reservation, we had few choices of where we could sit, eat and enjoy a great meal at this otherwise nice restaurant. The owners would benefit by changing the lighting and integrating this area more appropriately into the rest of the otherwise great dining option.

    Went with the Chicago steak, was well cooked and seasoned well, but the steak was frozen for too long. Texture of the steak was lost and was almost mushy. Not worth the price since you’re paying top dollar. Everything else was top tier quality, great service, delicious sides, and the free bread that was provided was really good. They’ll always make sure you have water, and tend to your every need. Aside from the over expensive steak, it was a great experience!

    Table for 2 has the same ambience as a cafeteria, could hear the conversations both left and right as loud and clear as our own, 0 privacy whatsoever. All that intimacy for $150, no thanks, 2nd visit, I'm done.

    First timers, was expecting a more intimate setting. Very loud music the whole time. Mariachis showed up I’m guessing for a private party. Food took almost an hour to get and our sides took another 5 minutes after. Probably won’t dine there again, but possibly go for a drink and sit at the bar instead. I felt I was at a bar and grill rather than a fine dining place.

    Server spilled a glass with water on the table while trying to refill my sons glass. My wife was given the wrong steak temperature. She asked for medium and was give rare and got grossed out. Told server to take off of tickets and Said the female manager was not going to take it off cause she saw that my wife ate more than half. The manager never approached our table and she just had one bit and didn’t eat the rest. They wanted to offer us a measly piece of cheese pie worth about $4. The steak was a $40 dollar under cooked steak. So disappointed with this high end so called steak house. Very poor customer service. Don’t recommend.
