   Prime is always on point. Whether the dinner is personal or professional, rest assured there's something here for everyone. Food selection is outstanding, beverages are great, but the best part is the large and knowledgeable staff. Everyone - not just our waiter - supported the evening to ensure we had an outstanding dinning experience and everyone at our table commented about how great the staff was and how it added to the overall experience. Plus, it helps when every bite of food is absolutely delicious!

   Food, service everything was good unfortunately I did get charged for something I didn’t receive. When we got there we were told certain things weren’t available due to an issue with the kitchen that was caused by the storm. We then ordered something, and then later were told issue was fixed and we could Order what we originally wanted, but did get charged for the item we ordered first but didn’t receive. Unfortunately didn’t notice this till we got home

    This place is kind of weird, I don’t mind paying $ 70 plus for a main course, but charging for bread and $ 3.00 for salsa on the side is a joke. The salmon was pretty good. Our server was great.

    Great appetizers, steaks, drinks, and service. We love the Ribeye chicharon for the appetizer and any ribeye. Margarita and the Mexican martinis are delicious. Definitely a special occasion kinda place.

    Seated with a new trainee waitress and wasn’t pre Warned. She was ill prepared to work by herself as she didn’t have simple knowledge of food, menu or wines. She couldn’t open a bottle of wine so she took 10 minutes just trying to find someone to do it for her. Ps. The other waiter who opened it didn’t have wine knowledge either & it showed. The food was worse than Texas Roadhouse but with a Ruth’s Chris price tag! This place has a LOT to learn about fine dining!! Sent food back & paid for our bottle of wine. Won’t be back. Had been there before & it wasn’t as bad, but it was so bad that the idea of returning is laughable. Some notes: Don’t charge for bread that is basically a bland pita bread. We didn’t eat that either but was surprised to see it on the bill. (Tell people!) The restaurant was clean and it seemed like some of the other waiters were better. Keep a real manager on the premises! Not an “acting” one who is the hostess & can’t make decisions without TEXTING her boss! That was probably the worse part of the night. They pretended she was the “manager” until we found out she wasn’t. Strange!

    When I looked at the menu prices saw $170 steak, I was thinking fine steakhouse. But I walked in and it felt like Applebees or Chili’s. I mean a steakhouse should have Sinatra or jazz trio playing softly. Instead, this place had Eddie Vedder yarling Pearl Jam so loud my wife and I had to repeat ourselves several times throughout dinner. And you’d expect to have some separation between tables, but we were pressed right up against the tables on either side of us. Plus our waiter kept getting lost. I felt like a real A-Hole because every time he came back to the dining room, I had to raise my hand to get his attention. He literally walked in and out of the dining room the first 3 times without checking on us

    Since we sat down a waiter never attended us. The people that got there after us that were seated around us were attended before us. Even to pay we were forgotten and the last to pay because we still were not properly being attended

    The selection is traditional with flicks of the interesting. The appetizers are the best value and the current bar menu melon-heavy. I keep returning because of the overall deliciousness.

    We chose Prime over our usual Sante Fe restaurant for my husband’s birthday dinner and Expected a little attention by staff considering it was his birthday however none was given. Service was lacking and slow. Waiter was cut and dry and we didn’t get that welcoming feeling. Food was very good unfortunately I will hesitate to dine at prime because of the poor service. and as for special occasions I will not recommend Prime.

    The food was pretty good. My husband and I ordered steak and they were both a bit overcooked and not very tender. Have had better steaks elsewhere. Place was a bit noisy for me but may be enjoyable for others. Not a good place to have a nice quiet dinner and enjoy good conversation with friends because of this, in my opinion.     Steakhouse was well prepared. The shrimp bisque is delicious. Service was excellent. Thisnis fibe dining and the ambience was great. They had a DJ playing music but it wasn't annoying and we were able to have conversations with no problem.
