Tom, owner of Prime Boji, was so kind as we dined at his establishment. Food was very tasty and priced affordably for the quality of the view. West Okoboji views and sunsets at the table were amazing. Thanks for the meal!

We loved it all. Oysters, baseball cut steak, pork chop and the black ink fettuccine. Then the cake! Moist dark chocolate, chocolate ganache with a vanilla Gelato. Great cocktails, diverse wine list. Servers were very kind and knowledgeable. The view can't be beat. It was a night to remember. Don't wait another minute to go.

We were seated promptly a great table with a nice view. We asked to have a cocktail before ordering. Decided on onion rings for appetizer, they were below par. We had a Caesar salad, it also was mediocre. My wife had salmon and I had "wagu" sirloin. Salmon was dry obviously over cooked, the sirloin was crazy tough....brought the waiter over and complained demonstrating that severe force was needed to cut a slice. They comped the sirloin, they asked if I wanted to order something different but had enough by now of this stuff.....he was clueless....manager never stopped by. Stay away!!!

My husband and I had an early dinner on a Saturday night. The service and food were very good. We ordered onion rings, the pork chop and Wagyu burger. The onion rings were VERY large with a lot of breading - not our favorite - but the rest of the food was very tasty. I would not recommend ordering an espresso martini.

Absolutely horrible service and food, I’ve lived in the lakes and i gave them three strike i will never ever go here again. Over cooked two steaks, lack of service, and also non accommodations for any failure of the service paid 170$ for trash

Fantastic place. Great service, really nice views on the lake. I visited from Chicago, wasn’t sure what to expect. Food is top notch, on par with any of the high end places in bigger cities. Booked another reservation for a return visit right after I left. 100% recommend

The food and view were good. My wife had the cauliflower steak which was much better than my sea bass. We both got drinks and shared a gigantic piece of chocolate cake that was impossible to finish. I would recommend for a nice evening out in Okoboji.

Beautiful view of the lake and sunset. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly and served hot. Glazed carrots were very good, whipped potatoes were not as hot as we would’ve liked. Creme Brûlée was a great finale! Servers and host were outstanding, very attentive, and friendly. Very nice anniversary dinner!

The food was very good. Great onion rings that I saw several other diners enjoy. We had steak and seabass. I would recommend both! Seabass was a bit pricy. Server admitted he hadn't been as attentive as he should...unprompted, but otherwise, a very good experience.

The food is amazing! The view can't be beat and the service is top notch. This restaurant is a must do whenever we are in Okoboji and I wish we lived closer so we could go more often. My husband and I both decided to go with recommendations made by the server and got sea bass and pork chops. The chef knocked our socks off - especially considering I am not using a pork chop fan. The sauce, seasoning, and how well cooked the pork chop was is unlike anything I've ever experienced. Just say yes to the chocolate cake! It's a mountain, but SOOOOO good! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we had a 7:30 pm reservation and we didn't get our seat until closer to 8:30 pm. The hostess indicated three tables had their checks all paid and were just sitting there looking at the view. I have been to many restaurants where a server lets us know when there's another reservation and the table is needed, I think something should be considered to help move people along. It would certainly help the restaurant be able to serve more people and the servers to make more tips!

We like Prime Boji. It is consistent and the food is usually high quality and well prepared. We went to dinner last night for a special occasion. We had a drink at the bar and were seated by the window. Our server (Lauren) was outstanding! She was attentive, checked back with us often but wasn’t obtrusive. We ordered an appetizer, salads and main course. The timing was excellent. My wife had the seafood linguine and it was excellent. I tried the Wagyu sirloin and ordered it rare. This is where things went wrong. When the steak came, I felt it was overcooked. It was pink in the middle and I felt it was overdone. Lauren asked how things were and I explained my concern. She promptly took it back to the kitchen, and to my surprise quickly brought it back and the chef said it was rare and the lack of a bright light was why I thought it was overdone. End of discussion. I ate part of it, but was disappointed. I still feel that the chef overcooked what looked like a fine piece of Wagyu sirloin. Lauren saved the evening, but I feel wasn’t supported by the kitchen. We’ll probably be back, as we love the location and we’re locals.

My husband & I have been several times & have NEVER been disappointed. Attentive staff, incredible food, beautiful view - when you are on summer getaway in Okoboji & relaxing, it just does not get any better! Favorite dishes - Chilean sea bass & for an AMAZING date night - the Seafood Tower!! If you are an old school, Okoboji lover - the V & C onion rings will take you back! My family once again enjoyed a wonderful dinner and experience at Prime Boji. The staff and owner are attentive and really nice. The food is delicious and prepared beautifully. We have allergies in our group and they have always taken such great care of us. I hope everyone gets a chance to experience this wonderful establishment.

Food was over cooked and COLD when it was brought out. They redid my wife's meal. The second time it was warm but still over cooked. None of the food tasted good. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful to their abilities.

Well, we both had the ribeye steak which had great flavor but it was lukewarm at most when it was served to us and fur $54 that was disappointing. Wedge salad and creamed spinach were both delicious. My roasted carrots were a little difficult to eat because they were still quite hard. Loved the atmosphere, enjoyed the martinis and old fashioneds, and all the service people were great. We’ll go back but will check out a few other restaurants in the area first.
