Prime - Bellagio Ratings and Reviews
The outside of steak was smothered with salt. Hardly edible. The same person must’ve gone after the mashed potatoes. Very salty. When foods are so salty you can’t taste anything but salt, I don’t feel it’s very good quality food. Sorry. We’ve been here before, two years ago, and the food was exceptional. Last night it was salty. Stop whoever it is that thinks salt is a food group!
i Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant ! Although I frequently go to Vegas and love to try different fine food dining, this restaurant is definitely one of my favourite places. We were seated on the patio and although it was a cool night, they have good heating system. The view was absolutely amazing with the Bellagio Fountains as our backdrop. Our dinner from appetizer to dessert was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend it.
I would say this is the best restaurant in Vegas. Great cocktails, food and service in a classy cozy setting on the water. I ordered the 18oz bone-in Ribeye and ate the whole thing! The sauces were incredible...I couldn’t stop eating my steak. We shared sides of cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and Mac n cheese. These too were delicious. The only disappointing thing? No leftovers.
The whole experience was wonderful. Service and ambience are perfect. Steaks are delicious. So do the side dishes and deserts.
Great wine list. My partner and I got a table at te terrace for a more informal ambience and for a better view of the fountains.
Well worthy a visit if you can afford.
By the way. This was my second visit. The first was back in 2004. And the menu has slightly changed but the flavors still the same.
I wanted a great steak while visiting Las Vegas and my wife loves outdoor dining. We decided to make this a date night.
The view of the Bellagio Fountains was outstanding. We had a very friendly welcome when we arrived for our reservation and our service was outstanding. We were never rushed through our meal to clear the table, so it was a relaxing evening.
The food was great. My wife chose the Sea Bass and said it was the best she ever had. Very tender and well cooked for such a thick cut. I ordered the Filet. Also prepared very well and nothing wrong with it, but also no the best I ever had.
They serve the steaks with three sauces on the side, including Bearnaise, Peppercorn and one other that I can't recall. I know a lot of folks like sauce, but I'm from the school of thought that there's something wrong with the steak if you need to put a sauce on it. My steak was fine, but I prefer more of a crust on the outside than I received here.
Overall, we're very pleased with the restaurant, food, and especially the service.
Great environment and food was amazing. I highly recommend the filet mignon and the seafood appetizers. Service was a little slow, but very friendly and hospitable. It was a fun event for the night. If you are going as a smaller party, sit outside for a front row view of the infamous Bellagio water show.
Outside seating gives you a great view of the fountains which is the most remarkable aspect of the restaurant in my view. Outside of that, comparable to most other top end steakhouses. Solid wine list. Service was excellent. Food was fresh, well prepared and good quality (Salmon, Shrimp Cocktail, Bone-in Ribeye). Would absolutely return.
Amazing atmosphere, spectacular food, and top of the line service. So glad we got to experience Prime while in Las Vegas. Our group tried their ribeye and filet mignon steaks, chicken, lobster, mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. All were exquisite.
We enjoyed the food. The steak is flavorful and cooked to perfection.
I was disappointed to get the worst table in the house (for my Mother’s 70th Birthday). We were sat near the restroom. I made my reservation early enough to have gotten a better table. Maybe I should have my reservations directly instead of using Open Table.
After a discussion about options for wine the waiter never once brought it up again and never brought me a glass or offered to bring any even though Meat and Fish were the main courses. I did discuss this with the manager... given the type of restaurant and its reputation AND WINE LIST my dining experience deserves an F grade for service. My many prior visits there have all been superlative. It was strictly a function of this particular waiter. I hope the restaurant counsels this waiter.
