Food was good, but service left a bad taste in our mouths. While support staff was good, our waiter gave us an unsolicited lesson in condescension. We frequent top steakhouses in all our travels, so we are familiar with the level of service that would be expected. Considering the reputation of the establishment, I would have expected engaged interactions with some type of appreciation of our patronage. Instead, we were treated like we weren't worthy of his time.

We were looking forward to our dinner at Prime & Provisions, but the experience was disappointing from the start. Despite having a reservation, we didn’t place our order until an hour after being seated. Our server brought drinks, then disappeared for quite some time. When we finally asked about ordering appetizers, he explained he assumed we were waiting on another guest due to an empty seat. We had informed the host that one guest couldn’t make it, but that wasn’t communicated to the server & he never asked us. That assumption led to an even greater delay, which could have easily been avoided with a simple question. The server also mentioned private parties upstairs as a reason for the lag, but the manager later clarified that those events used a separate kitchen & had no impact on our service, only adding to the confusion & frustration. We weren’t offered bread service and were told it had to be requested. Given the long wait, & that someone in our party even asked for extra olives in her drink to help curb her hunger, it would’ve been thoughtful to ask if we'd like to order bread. (The bread was delicious, once we got it.) When the food finally arrived, our 22oz bone-in ribeyes were surprisingly tough & lukewarm, & not cooked to the requested temp, but we really tried to make do. The macaroni had a rock-hard topping of cheese & possibly breadcrumbs that couldn’t be pierced with a fork, rendering it inedible. The macaroni underneath was piping hot & tasty. All of our meals were left unfinished & were not suitable to take home because how do you fix tough, overcooked steak? When we raised our concerns, the manager seemed largely indifferent, though after much expressed disappointment, she did take half off our check. While appreciated, it didn’t make up for the poor overall experience. We left hungry & let down that part one of the birthday celebration ended on such a sour note. For the price point, we expected much better.

Food was amazing, however when I went to use my rewards when the bill came the server said that the name didn’t match the reservation which it did and gave me a little hassle. I’ve never had issues before.

I went for lunch and ordered off the associate menu. Good deal, but the food wasn’t as tasty as expected. The flared bacon wasn’t very savory or flavorful but I did enjoy tasting the chocolate. I also ordered the burger and I thought it was pretty dry and also lacked flavor. I enjoyed the desserts the most — the coffee cake and the banana pudding. My waitress was kind and attentive, loved her. The ambience was also great. I dined in at the beginning of the day so I had the whole restaurant to myself for a few moments and it was very beautiful.

Waiter talked a million words per minute. Was useless. Just kept talking and not listening. Steaks were charred so bad basically ruined. What a terrible waste of money.
