Server was not hospitable very rude and we were very rushed. He had great hospitality with everybody at other tables but bout our party he didn't even say happy birthday. The overall service was not great and I have been here several times and got great customer service

The drinks were great. The filet was amazing and so was the Cobb salad but the oysters were mediocre along with the crab legs. The crowd isn’t it either.

The food was good, but have had better steaks in the city. The steak while cooked and served on a hot plate was not as hot as expected. The bacon was appetizer was great!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Prime & Provisions, surprising her with some out of town guests. She was floored! The atmosphere was perfect as well as our host/server Umberto! He was patient and very attentive to our needs. I gave a slightly lower mark for the value as it was likely the most expensive meal Ive ever picked up for such a large group. Food, however, was absolutely great but don't fill up on that delicious bread! The drinks were great, some I would say were even sexy, especially the presentation of the tableside pour! I will be back!!!

Our waiter sucked. They started to pick up plates as we still eating We were there for over r3 hours. People came and went and we sat there waiting. So upset with service waiter said it was our fault. Not happy at all. Never going back and telling anyone I can about how bad it was

I really wanted to love this place, especially because so many people recommended it as the perfect spot to celebrate my 2-year anniversary with my wife. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the expectations. The waiter was not attentive and didn’t make the occasion feel special. Instead, he seemed rushed and more focused on attending to larger tables, leaving us feeling overlooked. To make matters worse, we were expecting a celebratory dessert, but it was never brought to us. Instead, the waiter went straight to delivering the check, which felt abrupt and dismissive. For a restaurant with such a strong reputation, I expected much better service, especially for such an important occasion.
