Celebrated my birthday and had a great experience from start to finish. Food was exquisite and the service was phenomenal. Would highly recommend to celebrate any special occasion!

The food was good, perhaps a little expensive and the service was very good. However, this was our 55th anniversary and I was expecting an atmosphere that was more tempered. The music had a constant drumbeat that disturbed me but not my wife. There were some loud outbursts from a nearby table, not confrontational, but rather celebratory. I guess I was expecting a more reserved decibel level. Tables were fairly close to each other, not very private. Finally, for a facility on the 11th floor, a reasonable view of the surrounding area would have been welcome. The windows sills were too high and the only views were the nearby diners.

Our experience at a high top table in Prime steakhouse was exceptional. We dined with a perfect unobstructed view of the mountains and the stunning sunset as our backdrop. The service was well paced and our glasses of water and wine were never empty. We enjoyed several appetizers, sides and a salad and everything was well seasoned and generous portion sizes. We will book sitting at a high top again! It was the best seat in the house by far.

Always an amazing dinner at Shula’s. Not our first visit and certainly not our last. Highly recommended.

Our server was excellent, he was very attentive and respectful of our party of nine. He accommodated for special dietary needs. The downside of the evening was lack of enforcement of the dress code and the noise level that made our experience disappointing. The group seated across from us was ten adults and five children under the age of approximately six and all of the group were dressed in clothes in violation of the posted dress code. We felt like we were having dinner at the local CHUCKY CHEESE PIZZA .

The noise level was almost unbearable. It was very difficult to have a normal conversation at the table. The food was good but not great. My food was swimming in olive oil which took over flavor on all the items on the plate. The server was outstanding as the place was very crowded and he was very busy. We had to wait an unusually long time for him to arrive. He comped a dessert which was very kind and tasty. Overall it was alright but I am not sure I would go back.

The entire staff made the dining experience one to remember for me and my family. From Ryan our server assistant, our server Taylor who was highly attentive, the bartender and Tamara was a delight. Definitely would love to return but not sure how it can be topped!

Meh place that is way overpriced and service has no clue about service level for the price point! Only reason to go is if you are there or special occasion.

Our server was fantastic. The food was decent, but not worth the price. Did not like that you were sitting on top of other random people for this expensive of a restaurant

Call me old but , I do not understand why a nice steakhouse has a thumping disco beat DJ playing “music” so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation without shouting and leaning in. Ribeye steak was tasty but thin cut and very salty; way oversalted to the extent that I could actually scrape it off the surface of meat. Not what I expected from a quality steakhouse.
