    Great experience. Service was great. Waiter explained the menu well and the steak was aged 30-40 days. We got the octopus as an appetizer and it was delicious. Not to salty and other places are heavy on that. Porter house Steak was very tender on the inside and cooked medium. It was missing something as far as flavor. Overall great experience. Price is on the high end as expected from the hotel.

    We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at prime 54 and had an amazing dinner. The food was outstanding, especially the chocolate cake dessert that was 12 layers thick with decadent chocolate. It was the most expensive dinner the two of us have ever had out, but it was an amazing experience. The wait staff was amazing.

    Nice and convenient place, but ridiculously expensive. Waitress was pleasant. Unfortunately, about an hour after dining at this restaurant we all developed some kind of stomach problem… wasn’t fun. Maybe it was the water??

    Excellent experience this year. They read the notes and honored our seating request and acknowledged my wife’s birthday. We were going to start with the oysters but demurred- beware- they have dramatically changed the set-up. Inexplicably, they do not come with the CLASSIC minuet!! They would be plain??!! Unless you UPGRADE to their version of a minuet- nearly $50 on top of the $50 for a dozen. Pure money grab, imo. That said, service was impeccable. Shrimp cocktail- while very pricey at $32 - featured well seasoned jumbo shrimp. Wine pours were - as per usual - the “6 oz restaurant pour” - no option for 9. Cocktails were excellent. The clear, shining star was the striped bass!!! Super crispy skin in an unctuous leek sauce. Topped with nduja (mildly spicy sausage) crumbles. All in all - super expensive! But unlike last year, worth it.

    We had a wonderful experience at Prime 54. The food was excellent, service was extremely attentive and everyone was very friendly! Great atmosphere and not too loud. Would definitely return!

    Everything was exceptional. Food was amazing. I had a filet mignon and could have cut it with a butter knife. Flavor amazing. Not to mention the fabulous service we received. Hope to go back the next time we are in Miami beach.

    My wife and I have eaten with Prime 54 twice while staying at Fontainebleau and truly enjoyed it. The staff is exceptional and the food is amazing. Luis and Paloma crafted us perfect Vesper martinis. Janine took fantastic care of us and made very helpful recommendations. Carlos the sommelier helped us select the perfect wine for our meal.
