If you’re in the mood for an evening of good food and elevated ambiance, pull up a seat at Prime 3 Steakhouse, in Historic Downtown Leesburg, FL, with flair. By serving premium steaks and fine wines, we hope to provide an elegant and family-friendly dining experience for everyone in our community. Try our mouth-watering prime rib or seared scallops or our Norwegian Salmon. Pair it with a fine wine and treat yourself to a top-notch meal.
Don't forget to try our creme Brulee or Craft-Made Ice Cream for dessert. Now open for Lunch Mon-Friday 11am to 2pm. No reservations are required for lunch.

Very disappointed as the AC wasn’t working. Seemed like no effort to accommodate. Also for a high end steakhouse no filet available.

It was our first time dining at Prime 3 and we really enjoyed dinner. It was a 10 out of 10. They were extremely busy and it was Saturday night. It took a little long to get our food however they did a great job at communicating with us. The wait was well worth it. We enjoy shrimp cocktail appetizer, and some of their delicious focaccia bread. Their Caesar salad was delicious. We enjoyed the Churrasco, the pork chop, lobster bisque, and Aji tuna. Absolutely FANTASTIC! For dessert, we had crème brûlée, the strawberries and waffles and Keylime pie. All were INCREDIBLE! They even had a man playing the piano. I cannot recommend this place enough atmosphere and everything was top-notch! Thank you! We will be back soon!

We entered and sat right away. Moments later, a very loud pub crawl crowd came in dressed inappropriately for a nice restaurant and the noise was unbearable as we could not converse with each other. Food was expensive. The chicken Parmesan was a good size portion and was good but not very tender. It came with minimal sauce and one slice of mozzarella cheese. The ahi tuna was bad and we swapped it out for double lobster tails. They were very good. The French onion soup was very good as was the key lime pie. Drinks were fantastic. For the prices that were charged and the apparent quality of the tuna and chicken, I would not go back.

overall, great time. went on a dinner date, had the NY strip with some garlic mashed and steak fries, the demi glaze sauce was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Our waiter was very attentive and a great help, the food did take a while, but we were accommodated with some bread and raspberry sorbet before dinner came out. overall, great food, great time!

Three elderly ladies embarked on a memorable evening to celebrate their longstanding friendship. The experience was nothing short of exceptional at this charming restaurant. Our waiter demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, ensuring that our every need was met. The food was presented in a manner that was both aesthetically pleasing and satisfying. We were not subjected to any hasty service, and the dishes were served hot and to perfection.

Prime 3 is a hidden treasure. We have been there 2 times before and it was wonderful. Just went back last night and it was Amazing! Just wish it wasn't so far for us to drive there. But it was well worth it!

We were seated promptly upon arrival. Our waitress greeted at our table. She asked our desired pace for dinner. Told her not in a rush. Everything ordered was prepared to our liking. Lobster, steak, and grouper were all outstanding. Cocktails were also very good.
