   Our dining experience was excellent at Prime 3. The guitarist had an excellent set of music. Our waiters were very attentive. The prices are a little up there but the food was amazing. I would definitely return and take friends too.

   Food and service was wonderful. We love the atmosphere and the pianist playing, they make your dinner an experience. It was our second time to the restaurant and we brought some family this time and the loved it also.

   Had a wonderful dinner along with great recommendations from our waiter Hector. Service was top notch and will be returning soon with some friends!

   First time at Prime 3, party of 4. Steaks, grouper, salmon all cooked perfectly. Excellent choice of sides. Our reservation was 5:30 not crowded however by the time we left it was getting crowded. Service was very good, overall great experience.

   The experience and the food variety was wonderful, but for two guests the price was a bit exorbitant.

   We go to Prime 3 every month. Last night we took friends who are snowbirds and are leaving for the summer. They were amazed with the food, service and ambiance. They will also be returning customers!

   We love this restaurant but this was not our best experience. We made a reservation to celebrate my daughter’s visit. The restaurant called me earlier that afternoon with their request that instead of a 7pm reservation, could we come at 4 instead. I thought this was a peculiar request, but I agreed. When we arrived downtown, we observed it was Bikefest weekend. The restaurant called was empty and it was obvious they were trying to close for the day, after a very busy and crazy day. Our waiter was welcoming and provided good service. The food was good but the portions were very small for the prices we were paying. But what we found infuriating, was they invited a group of very drunk people into the bar for another drink. They appeared to be friends of the bartender. So there we were. The Only party in the restaurant listening to this loud drunk group at the bar while we were trying to show our daughter the five star treatment we usually enjoy there. We payed our large tab and left. Disappointing.

   This was a five star experience without the stuffy attitude or atmosphere. All the little things that make it amazing were there! Palate cleansers and hot towels. All the food was superb, presentation and flavor. The chocolate cake for dessert finished the experience as expected. Black tie experience with no black tie required!

   We dined for wife’s birthday there was little to no recognition of this other than the hostess recognizing and asking whole birthday it was. I had to tell our server who was nonchalant about it and never mentioned it again. While it’s not a requirement at the prices charged at this restaurant I/we expected some type of small desert. Additionally prices are too high. Our service was slow with what seemed more like excuses than real reasons from our waiter. We likely never be back and won’t really recommend it

    The service was great. The food was very good. The noise level will keep us from returning. I didn’t expect an establishment known for fine dining would be so loud. Hector did an amazing job.
