   The general manager came and spoke to us directly to check on our experience and food. After a great conversation the GM introduced us to the owner who himself is a local medical professional who has been serving the Leesburg area for decades. Overall we had a wonderful experience and was a much needed date night for the wife and I. The food was amazing, the blackened mahi was the best I've had, and the charcuterie board was on point for an appetizer, fresh cuts and fragrant cheese! Huge shout out to our waitress who did a wonderful job of paying attention to detail and never leaving us looking!!

   Appetizer was okay. Salads were very wet, we had to empty our bowls of water, the waitress did nothing about it. Entrees were bland and mediocre at best. Service was so slow and rude that we didn’t stay for dessert.

   The food was good - not great - service was lacking. Front end staff needs to be professionally retrained. It's a decent restaurant, but it's not the caliber of a high end steak house. Honestly had a better meal at Outback

   The bread and dipping oil were outstanding. The entree was superb. Service was excellent. However, the side salad was a bit disappointing. Limited variety of dressings.

    There were three of us. We each had the "prime rib" sandwich. I would barely consider this prime rib. It was what sub shops call steak-um. This was one of the worst meals I have ever had in what is supposed to be a prime restaurant in Leesburg. FL. Based on this first experience, would not return. For the difference in price Outback Steakhouse is a better deal, with much higher quality.

    Food was fine but nothing special. Service was fine but again nothing special. I found it odd that a steakhouse had no steak on the menu for lunch. I expected more from someplace trying to be upscale. Would not go back at the prices charged considering the food was just ok.

    Loved the Shrimp Tempura, Grouper fromage, and the vegetable tempura appetizer, the Ribeye was very tender but light on flavor. Absolutely love that you can get a true Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned as the bartender is from Wisconsin ❤️❤️❤️. It was very loud as it was busy and everyone was talking above the great piano player. Will be back.

    This is the first time we dined at Prime 3. What a nice surprise! I had read very good reviews and we agree! Our server Henry was a lot of fun and did an outstanding job serving us. My grouper was excellent and I will be happy to order it again. My husbands steak was very good too- We will definitely go back to this restaurant! Well done!

    Very slow meal. The server wasn’t very attentive to our table. From ordering our meals to being served was close to an hour. The server came to our table once between salads and the main course. Garlic mashed potatoes were presented as they were scooped out of the container.

    Stephie took great care of us. Had a bottle of wine (Chilled in a container). A bottle of spring water ( also chilled in a container). Had the filet ( the only cut the wife will eat - butterflied medium+) she said it’s one of the best steaks she ever had. I had the ribeye medium rare. Very flavorful. Both steaks cut like butter. Got the charcuterie board as an appetizer was very good. It was our 40th anniversary and only a year in the villages and we decided on this place instead of the chophouse. Glad we did. Great old ambience which has been slightly redone inside to maintain that 1900 era feeling yet still modern. Have only positive things to say. You won’t be disappointed !

    The atmosphere is amazing (an old building that has been nicely renovated to show its character); the food is very good; the service needs improvement as our waitress seemed too new to be on her own, and the person who served us our prepared dishes didn’t know what was on each plate); and the wine list is outstanding. We would definitely return!

    Food and service were excellent, Best prime rib I've had in s long time. My wife's pan seared scallops made her happy. Place is a little pricey and most appropriate for a special night. The value is excellent. We will be returning.

    Food, atmosphere & our server were phenomenal. The kitchen struggled to get food out in a timely manner, but our server kept our drinks topped off which always helps. Pricing is in line with a nice steakhouse, which they are, so don’t expect Golden Corral pricing. Will definitely be back! Suggestion for restaurant.. offer at least one vegetarian entree (not just sides/apps) for those that dont eat meat.

    The best thing about Prime 3 is the food. I haven't had prime rib this good in many years. My beloved had grouper which she said was outstanding. To some it may seem a bit pricey but it's worth the price and more. I have nothing negative to say. Seating was prompt, service was attentive, and the food was so so good.

    We chose Prime 3 for our Valentine's dinner. They did not disappoint! Good wine, good food and great service from one of our favorite local servers, Juan. The manager was present and made a point of meeting guests throughout the evening. We will definitely be going back.

    It was Valentine’s day, and the wait staff was hustling, but it took 20 minutes after we were seated to even get water. Total meal took 2 hours, with no dessert. We had to ask for more bread since the kitchen was taking so long. Food was good, nothing spectacular, We might try again on a less busy night.

    Very nice inside. Wait staff was very tentative. The food was totally on point and perfect no matter what we had. Decent wine selection. Some items on the menu was a little pricey but not too overly done. Definitely a nice restaurant for a special occasion.

    Dinner was very good. Prime Rib and Pork Chop were cooked perfectly, however, service was very slow. They did not have bread available until nearly 45 minutes after we sat down and dinner took over an hour from the time that we were seated. Hopefully it was just an anomaly due to Valentines day and the fact they started serving dinner earlier than normal.

    Made reservations. Still took 20 mins to get seated. Hostess kept apologizing. Several tables open so confused why we weren’t seated sooner. Only 3 waiters apparently for the entire place. Otherwise; food was decent for the area. If it was a large town I would be more critical.

    First time for 2 couples. Grouper was not the best (blackened to an extreme) and the scallops were just warm at best. Sides were not the good at all After a long wait the server finally came over( it wasn't busy) and took our order and then it took forever to get our food. For the few customers there, the place was somewhat loud. For the price you would expect top quality. Won't go back.

    It was everything I hoped it to be and more! The food was perfect, the steaks were flavorful and cooked to temp. The chimichurri added a nice flavor to the steaks, and our server jay was awesome. Service was excellent, we will be back!

    This was our 2nd visit. First time at Prime 3 was awesome. This visit was not great. Waited 15 minutes for a server to take our drink orders. Then waited quite a while for drinks to be served. Brought 2 salads but 3rd salad arrived several minutes later. Steak was just ok. Took FOREVER for server to bring our ticket. Not sure we will go back….so disappointing.
