   I was surprised we sat twenty minutes waiting to order Yes I know it was Mother’s Day but after twenty minutes I asked for help. Nobody came over till I did. Food is fabulous. Service is kind generous compassionate beautiful place food delicious Hopefully we will not wait that long again. They were very stressed I understand. Large crowds

   I usually enjoy our experience at Prime but our last experience was disappointing. Our calamari came out cold so we told them to return it & just take if off our bill. The wait staff must overwhelmed or understaff because they kept walking back & forth quickly & it took us a while to flag one of them down. They came back with another calamari that was piping hot & told us it was on the house. But yet when the bill came the calamari was on there & I had to ask them again to take it off the bill. Then when our steak came out it was practically raw. The server tried to cook it more on the sizzling plate. If we wanted to cook our food at the table, we could have gone to a hibachi restaurant. Then when the manager came around to check on us my husband tried to explain that our steak was raw. I just tried to turn a blind eye cuz it was Mother’s Day & I didn’t want to ruin my day any more than it was. Needless to say we will not be returning. It’s a shame because we use to come here often on special occasions. But they ruined my Mother’s Day.

   The dining experience continues to get better each visit. Baked clams, spinach, onion rings and boneless rib eye was the menu of the night. The steak was so good and well seasoned!!!! Cocktails were equally tasty

   First time trying this place won’t be the last. We were well taken care of from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Our server Alex was outstanding and the food was amazing. Wholeheartedly recommend! It has made our regular rotation ! Well done!

   This restaurant never disappoints! The food is outstanding and the service is wonderful! I had the salmon with roasted vegetables. It was very tasty. The onion soup was heavenly. If you’ve never been to this restaurant you ought to try it.

   Prime 1024 never disappoints! It’s always my go-to restaurant, and I recommend it to all my friends and family. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, the food is consistently delicious, and the service is outstanding. Whether it’s a casual night out or a special celebration, we always have an amazing time. Most recently, we had a blast—everything from the appetizers to dessert was perfect. Highly recommend this gem! The manager Franc as always on top of everything being friendly and caring.    Excellent as always. We had the Lamb Shank and Dover Sole special.. did not disappoint. And the fresh mango and strawberry sorbet was like fresh fruit not sugary.. tiramisu delicious.

    Love this place, we been going there for dinner with Family for many years, perfect service, delicious food, tasty cocktails, valet parking. This restaurant is always full, but always has a table for us. Strongly recommend.
