   We have enjoyed Prime 102 several times. The beautiful art deco bank building that houses the restaurant is a treat in and of itself. The tables are spread out so that even when the restaurant is full, it doesn't feel crowded. The owners are always on site making sure the patrons are getting top notch service. The food is delicious. We especially enjoy the tuna tartare, the azalea cocktail, the potato casserole, the chocolate cake and the butter cake. The one list is not extensive but has some nice options. We highly recommend this non chain restaurant.

   We absolutely LOVE Prime 102!!! First, it is such a special feel you get walking up the marble steps to be greeted by Perri and her hostesses. They are always smiling and engaging. Next, there is not a bad seat in the house. We have been in one of their booths, and, last night, at a four top table. We did not feel cramped, and felt like we could focus on each other, and our conversation. Also, the food is perfectly cooked, and a nice variety for people to choose from. From the crab & corn chowder to my 16 Oz ribeye Oscar style, I could not have asked for a better meal! My wife got the pork chop and brussel sprouts, which she is still talking about this morning. We split their #1dessert, and it was a perfect cap to the evening. Finally, the service...saving the best for last! After chatting with Perri for a few minutes, Gaby treated us like we were her only table! She was timely, without being pushy or intrusive. She had a true smile, and she took her time with us. Her recommendations from drinks to food were spot on! All in all, it was a great date night for me and my bride of almost 32 years. We will be back again and again. Thank you to Perri & Steve and their wonderful team!!

    Very enjoyable. Excellent food and service. Area is a bit like being in a bank, which is what it used to be, but that’s not a bad thing. Beautiful building with history. Prices are over the top, which knocks the enjoyment down a peg for me. But easily the best restaurant in Tyler.

    The food, the service, the ambiance all were top tier! Don’t leave without trying the pork belly appetizer. We felt very welcomed from the time we walked in. I’ll be back to try out lunch.

    Another fabulous meal from start to finish! We had a cocktail in the bar prior to our reservation and Toni(sp) was amazing as always. She is the best in Tyler. After we were seated the evening only got better. Our server was attentive (I believe Kalen was her name ) and all of our courses were delicious. I would say this is the best restaurant in Tyler hands down. We look forward to our next dinner.

    Rachael was our server and she was excellent and knowledgeable. We had Caesar salad, tomato soup, 16 oz prime ribeye, 8 oz prime filet, Brussel sprouts, and parm fries. The old fashioned was the best I have had. They have top shelf bourbon I chose Eagle Rare. Highly recommend

    This place is amazing. Our waiter Scott was over the top. Presentation was on point as was the flavor of our aged steak and sides. I’ve been to other high end steakhouses and this one about topped the list. Awesome experience!!!

    We had a business guest in from London and wanted to treat him with fine dining and an over-the-top experience. Prime102 always delivers on exceptional food and equally exceptional service. Steve, Peri, Kevin, and the rest of the staff treated us like royalty. Thank you!!!
