We enjoyed a great anniversary meal, everything was on point, including our server. The filet was exceptional, and we enjoyed all the sides as well. It was our first time dining there, we’re excited to return.

We celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary here last night for the first time. Needless to say, we were not disappointed! We very impressed with our waitress, Elsa, as well! I highly recommend this establishment to everyone.

Beautiful setting topped only by the quality food and attentive service. Steaks were cooked to perfection. The butter cake with Henry's Ice cream is worth coming for even if you have nothing else to eat.

This is an outstanding first class steak house they even use the French Jean Dubost Laguiole steak knives. The service is five stars. The crab, salad, steaks, loaded potatoes and the deserts are 5 stars. The only thing I would add is a chicken dish since in several couples you may find one that does not care for beef or seafood. The dress code is business casual on their website but I have notices that as long as you don’t wear shorts or jeans with holes you will be served.

Had the 8oz Filet it was amazing, potato casserole was pretty good, my girlfriend was able to substitute shrimp for chicken on the pasta, the drinks were delicious and on top of that, they gave me a free birthday cake. 10/10

Just passing through Tyler on a very rainy and chilly evening and wanted a great steak. Prime 102 was the perfect place. Matt our waiter was courteous, friendly, professional, and despite large parties at his other tables, we were never ignored nor was he overbearing. Food was superb. Specialty cocktails excellent too.

Seated too close to other people. Service was outstanding!!!!! Food was good, but some items sold as sharable for the table was not enough for 1, much less 4. Value- overpriced for some items. 3 scallops with sauce for $$$$ too much. Flavor was ok, but over cooked and rubbery. Steak was amazing! Rachel our server was wonderful!!!!! Very attentive!!!!!

Service was great, and they treated us well. However even though the food was excellent, a piece of filet and a piece of salmon sitting on an empty plate just looked sad. Surely cost would not be that much more to include some kind of balance meal, like a vegetable. Yes sides were shared, but $15. for french fries? Really? For the price, there should have been more on my plate.

Amazing steak and service! Ask for Matt…he never disappoints. The owner cares about her place and makes it a point to go around and speak to customers. Our steak was cooked to perfection, and it’s definitely in my Top 5 fav steaks. The place itself was immaculate and just the right amount of lighting. We will be back soon!

Everything about our evening was wonderful. I give 5 stars all the way down the list. Our waiter was awesome. I'm going back for my birthday later this month and Sean will be our waiter. FYI ask for him and I believe you will be very happy.

Everything went well. Food was so good. We will definitely come back. Staff and hostess are nice too. Our server, so far, was nice. However, it seems like he is not comfortable with us. When we asked for the receipt, he tap out so bad the table with the receipt. On a lighter note, we thank him for serving us and for the free croissant and cake. (thats was so good).

The atmosphere of the restaurant is sophisticated and lovely. Our server was a very knowledgeable gentleman who helped us with the menu and provided very good advice. He also provided a lovely birthday cake which was completely unexpected. I think anyone who wants a special evening would be happy eating here.

Not as good as I had remembered. Had Angry Lobster which had a tiny amount of lobster for $44. Tina tartare was good as usual. Filet was good. Brussels sprouts were raw.

From the front desk to the service Prime 102 is our new favorite restaurant! The food was incredibly well prepared and delicious! Our server was Rachel and she took excellent care of us from start to finish!

We have enjoyed Prime 102 several times. The beautiful art deco bank building that houses the restaurant is a treat in and of itself. The tables are spread out so that even when the restaurant is full, it doesn't feel crowded. The owners are always on site making sure the patrons are getting top notch service. The food is delicious. We especially enjoy the tuna tartare, the azalea cocktail, the potato casserole, the chocolate cake and the butter cake. The one list is not extensive but has some nice options. We highly recommend this non chain restaurant.

We absolutely LOVE Prime 102!!! First, it is such a special feel you get walking up the marble steps to be greeted by Perri and her hostesses. They are always smiling and engaging. Next, there is not a bad seat in the house. We have been in one of their booths, and, last night, at a four top table. We did not feel cramped, and felt like we could focus on each other, and our conversation. Also, the food is perfectly cooked, and a nice variety for people to choose from. From the crab & corn chowder to my 16 Oz ribeye Oscar style, I could not have asked for a better meal! My wife got the pork chop and brussel sprouts, which she is still talking about this morning. We split their #1dessert, and it was a perfect cap to the evening. Finally, the service...saving the best for last! After chatting with Perri for a few minutes, Gaby treated us like we were her only table! She was timely, without being pushy or intrusive. She had a true smile, and she took her time with us. Her recommendations from drinks to food were spot on! All in all, it was a great date night for me and my bride of almost 32 years. We will be back again and again. Thank you to Perri & Steve and their wonderful team!!
