   Our meal was outstanding and the service by Parker was top notch!! Lobster Mac was the best I’ve ever had and the tomahawk steak was world class!! Nothing fell short!!

   Seriously…after eating at most of the super expensive strip restaurants, we chose to go to Primal for date night. It was the best experience we’ve had in all all the times we’ve come to Vegas. Nicole was a phenomenal server with the best recommendations! They had ostrich on special and it was one of the best cuts of meat I’ve ever had. The dessert was a deconstructed banana split. It was terrific! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

   I booked Primal after reading other reviews here. When we pulled into the parking lot my wife thought I was crazy. The area seemed real rough. Upon entering the restaurant we were immediately greeted by the hostess. We were asked to wait for a few mins before being seated. We were sat to the left of the entrance in a small space with a handful of other tables. The decor inside was neat but our table was bright and in no way had a fun romantic vibe I had hoped for. Our server was good and made some suggestions for us. We tried the specialty Primal cocktail based on his recommendation. The drink was just ok. It was more of a show piece then a quality drink. We ordered the lobster mac n cheese, smoked NY steak and a side of garlic mashed potatoes. The twenty one dollar mac n cheese was by far the best thing brought to our table. My smoked NY was terrible. I am a big steak eater and have eaten NY steak from 3 different restaurants just this week and hate to say, this steak at Primal was by far the worst one I have had at a steak house. I was two bites in when our server asked how it was, I told him it was a tough piece of meat and seemed to be more medium rare then the medium i ordered it. It was cold in the middle and very red throughout. The server offered to replace it with the 8oz filet, which I did accept. Once that came out, it was cooked correctly but really lacked any flavor. I wasn’t thrilled with either of the two steaks that were brought out to me. For what is rated as a high end steak house with a high end price tag, I was very disappointed. I’ve had far better steaks in Vegas for half the price of what we paid at Primal. I wish this review was a positive one as we gad high hopes going in for my wife’s birthday.

   Coolest place I've eaten at in Las Vegas. Everything was perfect, from dinner (filets) to drinks (viking punch). I will definitely be going back next time I'm in Vegas. Don't forget to play with the swords and helmets in the back.

    Staff were super friendly, thank you. Ordered two fillet steaks, medium well. One was fine other was pink. Table next to us had to send their tomahawk steak back and the table behind us sent their two steaks back. Sadly wouldn’t go back.

    Nice big sign outside, but the entry to the restaurant is very Outback Steakhouse like. They struggled to communicate a plan for us so my wife and I just sat at the bar which was just fine. Menu is pretty simple, nothing unique. Our server was great. Cocktails fair, wine list very limited for red meat menu from $70 - $200. Fun taking pictures with swords and helmets. Likely won’t go back but it was fun. A bit pricey for what you get and the service level.

    My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed spending our 16th anniversary dinner at Primal. It was a nice change from the usual steakhouses. It was also a great pairing with “All Shook Up” which was also magnificent.

    Price was great, The smoked old fashion wonderful. Short rib falls apart and delicious. Salads were great. The pork belly was more like a pork steak heavy with fat. We had multiple plates and that was the only one we did not get what we expected. Overall was enjoyable and service great. Cheers

    What an amazing experience. The ambience takes you to what it would be like in a castle during the medieval times. The food is absolutely amazing. We ordered the 50 oz Tomahawk with the most incredible Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. I was sad about halfway through eating when I started to get full. The ambience, the music, the drinks, the food and the service was impeccable. We did not want the experience to end. Very nicely done!

    The food is fantastic and our steak cooked to perfection. I highly recommend you give this steakhouse a try. You won’t be disappointed. We were sad that we were too full to try a dessert there since they looked fantastic! The ambiance and décor are different than any restaurant we’ve visited…it was nice yet didn’t take itself seriously, so it was fun! The manager visited our table and was friendly and genuine. He offered to take our picture, which we appreciated since we were on vacation and didn’t have any pictures with the two of us that weren’t selfies! Ha!

    Chose this restaurant based on the reviews on Open Table and TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. Tabitha was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. We had the lamb chops and the New York Strip. They did not disappoint us! Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

    Great LOCAL place that offers a different ambiance and great steaks. I emphasize local because it’s off the strip but we’ll worth the short drive. The Delmonico was awesome. The swords and the helmets were cool.

    First time visit. Was a little skeptical at first due to strip mall location. However, that quickly changed! The waitress, Arianna was excellent. The 2 managers spent quality time with us. The cook, Angel, came out and conversed with us several times. He explained the special that we ordered which was probably the best steak we have ever consumed. It was a cross-cut rib eye that melted in our mouths! It was my wife’s birthday and Angel presented a red rose to her. Really enjoyed the unique smoking Viking drink served in a Viking horn. This place rocked!

    We visited Vegas for 5 days and Primal Steakhouse was definitely our favorite meal of the trip. This was the best filet mignon we have eaten in a long time. The drinks were delicious, the service was really amazing, and we were pleased with the value. Thank you for making my boyfriend's birthday dinner so memorable. We'll be back.

    Came here on our honeymoon because we heard this was the best rated steak house in Vegas. Very underwhelmed for the cost of the meal. Server only checked on us at most 3 times and also didn’t regularly check our water like most fine dining restaurants do. The concept of place is pretty cool but fell short on the food. My steak had an unpleasant spice or taste used to cook it and our sides were served to us less than warm. The manager did come over to us and we relayed this info to him. We had already paid the bill to which he said he would offer $100 off but then took it back and said “call me when you’re back and I’ll give you $100 off”. We don’t live here so a comp off the bill would have been nice. More than likely won’t return.
