    Primal is a dining experience. It’s like walking into medieval times. Fun atmosphere. The drinks and food were all great! Dominic was an excellent waiter.

    Steak was cooked to perfection, service was excellent, table was interestingly wide making it impossible to hold hands, but not a deal breaker.

    When I walked in, I wondered if I was in the correct place. It’s a mid-evil vibe. The hostesses was extremely polite along with the manager. Server Parker was fun & energetic. Our runner, serviced our table every chance he had. The food was exceptional. Hats Off Primal.

    Anniversary meal total ruined by very rude and aggressive high ranking GM Brandon. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service after my wife received an extremely disgusting Salmon. He blamed us for their mistake and we left after waiting 2 hours for replacement food. Shame as manager tried his best but his boss totally spoilt our night. Never again!!

    Oh Paul... We were waiting for your one-sided review to come through. Let's be honest, your wife ordered a dish, and she did not like it, not because it was cooked wrong but because her taste buds did not enjoy it. My GM offered to cook her a special dish that is not on the menu and even offered to recook yours so you can eat together in which you declined and ate yours while she was waiting for hers. We took care of both her dishes on our dime. Your wife was upset that she was eating alone when her food arrived 20 minutes later during our peak hours. We apologized multiple times and still that was not enough. Sorry your anniversary was ruined because you decided to eat your food without your wife having hers.

    We were in Aww the moment we walked into the restaurant and it only got better from there. Waitstaff is awesome, mangers are very personable and the steaks were amazing. We had Ahi Tacos which were fabulous, the brussels sprouts were good but would have liked better if a bit more crispy. Overall I highly recommend. The vibe is amazing and loved the live music.

    The food was delicious! Our steaks were perfectly cooked and we loved the Ahi tuna starter as well as the risotto side. The Oreo Tiramisu was also great, as well as the service. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys a great meal.
