We arrived early and we were seated right away. Bread was warm and was delicious with the warm olives. Great wine selection. Crab cake appetizer was okay. No lump meat just flaked crab meat but favor was good. I got the mushroom risotto as my entree. It was excellent. My husband got the gnocchi. Not like the puffy clouds of potato gnocchi I expected. Very small little pieces but flavor was good. The place was very loud with TVs like a sports bar, not what I wanted for celebrating a special anniversary.
Beautiful restaurant, delicious food and excellent service. Fantastic restaurant!!!!
Not a ton of flavor in the Seafood Stew or the Corriandor Tuna. Both were very bland. For the prices I was expecting more.
Tagiatle Bolognese and wood fire bone-in sirloin - so good!
Always excellent. The restaurant honored my request for a table (booth) closer to the front of the restaurant. Service and food were both excellent...I had the lobster gnocchi. Delicious!
Prezza is expensive but it is one of our favorite restaurants in the City of Boston. We save Prezza for special occaisons. We bright my niece for her 29th birthday and it could not have been nicer. Food was excellent. It was a Monday night of a holiday weekend so not too crowded and our server was "Spot On". He knew the menu, had great suggestions, was extremely attentive without hovering. We come to Prezza because it "Never dissappoints".
Very accommodating, great food, loud, but that was to be expected on Marathon weekend. Definitely great for a party of five, would recommend!
We chose this restaurant at the last minute and I was really impressed. Everything we ordered was delicious. Quality ingredients and great simple Italian. Great portions for a fancy restaurant. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. Recommend buffalo mozzarella with peppers and pea ravioli. Sublime!
Great place for a pre-race meal - Boston Marathon that is!
The staff, the food and ambiance all first rate from start to finish. Thank you for making our evening as special as it was!
A very calming and warm ambiance with great food and excellent service. The portion sizes are good without being too much. I have the sausage, meatball and rib plate. My companion had the scallops. Both were excellent. I especially enjoyed the escarole soup...just like my Nona used to make. Don't miss the chocolate cake for dessert.
I went on a date here and the service was phenomenal and the food delicious. The mushroom risotto is to die for. I highly recommend.
There are so many excellent choices in the North End of Bost for great Italian food, we chose Prezza on a recommendation from friends from Nashville.
The food, service, etc was all really great. I just tend to be a "traditionalist" when it comes to pasta, so when a "regular lasagna or bowl of spaghetti and meatballs was not on the menu, it deflated "my balloon" a bit.
Otherwise I would go back knowing it is more of a creative menu in case I didn't have a hankerin' for red sauce and lots of cheese!
I went to Prezza with a friend who I hadn't seen in a long time. We had an excellent meal, with excellent service and drinks (cocktails and wine). It is not your typical Italian restaurant with the basic pasta dishes but has a much more creative menu. The pomegranate martini was delicious and the wine selection very good. We had the tuna tartare for an appetizer which melted in your mouth and for dinner I had a delicious scallop dish while my friend had the meatball and sausage dish. She's Italian and is very picky about meatballs. She thought these were delicious but that it was a very meat heavy dish with little pasta. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate cake and the pistachio ice cream. While the cake was very good the ice cream was the clear unexpected favorite. I would highly recommend this restaurant but be prepared to open your wallet as our meal for two cost us almost $200.
Order the meatballs! Amazing wine list.
Great food great service.
Food and waiter wonderful
Waited 45 minutes for our table despite having a reservation
Great service. Food was average for the price, however.
First time to Prezza however it won't be my last. Great tasting Italian. Among the best I've had in the North End!
What a wonderful meal. I had the meatball, sausage, ribs over polenta. Just awesome, mom had the chicken.
Amazing Italian meal.
We live in the North End so are familiar with the neighborhood’s many fine restaurants, but when we are celebrating a special occasion we go to Prezza and we ask for Paul. Service, food atmosphere all five stars.
Service was incredibly slow for it not being busy. They ran out of my first two choices on the menu. The food I did get was just ok. The sauce had water separating from it. You should expect more being in little Italy and having so many great places nearby.
Prezza never disappoints! We made a reservation for 6 people...my daughter's 22nd birthday with some friends. Our table was ready as soon as we got there. Waiter was helpful with great suggestions and dinner was perfect. We have tried other restaurants in the North End - but this seems to be our "go to" always a good meal and lively atmosphere...
Interesting menu. Enjoyed the egg raviolo and beets with ricotta.
Cheers to the fabulous team at Prezza. Always professional and most accommodating. Food is perfect and their Sunday Gravy offerings are a hit with locals and visitors alike. Cheers!
Prezza is absolutely a fantastic restaurant! It has an amazing wine list and the service and food are excellent.
Everyone enjoyed the food and service. I sent people from the AEE convention over the next night. They loved it as well. Excellent wines offered as well at good price points. Our new go to in the North End.
This one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. The food was absolutely delicious, service impeccable. If you are a wine drinker you will appreciate the waitstaff and their knowledge .
Prezza is a gem of a restaurant: creative cuisine, lots of good choices, and excellent service.
Clams were really grainy but the bread was warm and the mozzarella was delicious.
Very good food for reasonable prices! Desserts were a generous portion and delicious!
awesome, definitely check it out if you are in the area. great vibe
Food was amazing and our server was fantastic. Lots of fun and a great atmosphere!
Had a fabulous dinner with our son and his girlfriend visiting from the DC area. They are both in the restaurant business. We all had the best time from drinks to dessert. Our server was great and recommended a delicious wine we all thoroughly enjoyed. A great spot off of busy Hanover Street which is a plus. But close enough to stroll around after.
Prezza is easily one of the best restaurants in Boston. The service and food are very consistent and the staff is outstanding. I have been going to this restaurant for the last 15 years+ and I have never been disappointed. The menu changes seasonally as well, so there are always new things to try. I would recommend (and have) to anyone.
Great in every way! From the apps to the entree everything was top notch, delicious and fresh. There are a lot of over hyped restaurants in the north end, this sits quietly on a side street being excellent! Our new go to!
It’s weird. Doesn’t know what it wants to be. The food is okay, but ambience is confusing. They charge higher upscale prices but it feels like a sports bar with the TVs.
The food was just average too. Really not worth it.
I thought the menu was a tad limited and kind of pricey
