About
Tiny restaurant, but the food was great. I had the pizza, and would recommend.
Everything is superb here but the food stands out from everything else in the North End. And Boston. It is creative so you can enjoy some outstanding red sauce and the most gourmet and creative Italian.
used to be great. too inconsistent the last few years and can be very noisy
Excellent Italian food, especially the stuffed figs, rice balls and pumpkin ravioli with lobster. Also loved the wine choice which our server helped select - reasonable price, and great taste. Can't wait to go back!
One of the best nouveau Italian restaurants in the city. Great food and great staff.
Food was surprisingly good because I think most North End restaurants are mediocre.
Good but not amazing, this place has lost some of its lustre - but still decent.
Good food, very loud and crowded, but that tells you something!
one of the best in Boston, always amazing service and food.
it is always the best . Every time im in Boston it is must. this time the clam Chowder was new and wonderful. I took a foodie friend who is hard to please and he was blown away. . Great wine list.
great food, great staff, unbelievable Italian food.
Wonderful authentic Italian food. The homemade gnocchi with bolognese sauce was amazing. The ravioli was super tasty and the hailbut was cooked to perfection! Ordered a fine bottle of Chianti to go along with a fabulous meal. A little gem in Boston's Historic North End neigborhood.
Wonderful steak. Good winelist. Pricey. Cozy datenight white tablecloth place. Easy walk from Haymarket stn.
This restaurant came highly recommended by some friends. Everything was great.
We had an amazing experience here. Nicholas was our waiter. He knew the menu and wine list extensively, gave great recommendations, was attentive, and a true professional. The food came out on time. We asked to share a dish, and on a very busy night, they took the time to split the dish for us. We ordered a few Appetizers and they brought them out at a good pace so that we were not overwhelmed. The main meals were rich in flavor and felt very much like an Italian grandma made them in them in the back for us. Made me feel like I was in Italy again. I would absolutely, and have already, recommend this restaurant. I’m jealous of your first time here, as ours was one of the best I’ve had in the North End, and I’m a frequent visitor.
Food was great. The service was great. The atmosphere was great. Nice restaurant. I will go back
Went to Prezza for New Years Eve and was a little disappointed. The food was okay but very small portions and I found it to be very rich. I had the Duck Breast which I enjoyed for the most part, but had hoped the accompanying sides (creamed fennel and swish chard) would have been more distinct. My boyfriend had the scallops, which he enjoyed but there were barely 5 of them and the plate was almost $40. We got creme brulee for desert, which was the best part of the meal.
Our server was outstanding and the wine list was great. I enjoyed the atmosphere, but would not come back for the food.
We actually received a gift card for Christmas and decided to use for New Years Eve. Wonderful meal- I had the filet with lobster risotto and my husband had the lamb. Both were very good. The bib lettuce salad was fresh and wonderful also. Too full for dessert! The service was excellent and everyone was efficient and friendly -starting with taking our coats at the door. Highly recommend when looking to eat a nice dinner in the North End.
We were in Boston for the NYE weekend and chose Prezza anticipating a great meal after experiencing its sister restaurant Tonno in Gloucester, MA. We were not disappointed!
This was a great find in the North End! Food was as authentic as it gets and the service was top notch. We now have a new favorite in Boston.
Excellent food - Clarissa is the best waitress on the planet!
We have dined at Prezza every time we visit Boston to see relatives (2-4 times a year) for the past 10 years. The service, food and atmosphere make Prezza a unique experience among North End restaurants. Local and seasonal ingredients further enhance the experience. We heartily recommend Prezza!
We have dined at Prezza at least 6 times on our annual post-Christmas trips to Boston...would always return, however, one meal was disappointing this time which is unusual.
We had a great meal for our anniversary. Appetizers, main course meal and dessert were excellent. Service was great. Our waiter Paul was very tentative and personal. They gave us grappa and the dessert on the house just because of the occasion. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend it.
Fantastic food
Our party of six had a fantastic night out and look forward to going back soon.
wonderful. excellent food, reasonably price, excellent service including discussion of menu and specials
we will go back, for sure.
Perfect in every way
Exceptional meal with extraordinary service
Never disappointed - great food and atmosphere! We booked it again for a holiday meal with family.
Service was very helpful in wine selection as well as options for appetizers. Very nice setting.
My son & I traveled to Boston to have a fun weekend. The North End was on our list. The bread and mushroom appetizers were awesome, and the best part of the meal.
My son ordered the Crispy Pork Chop and requested it medium +. The first 2 bites were good, and then he asked me why the color was different as he cut into it. We had to send it back for more time as it was raw.
I ordered the Grilled Lamb Chop. When the waiter brought me my dinner, it looked like a steak, not the lamb chop. I started to inspect it when I asked him. He took it away and said this was someone else's dinner and then took my plate over to another table and brought the dish from another table to me. The Chop was undercooked and also it came from another table which disturbed me.
Even though they were very busy, they were super accommodating that my flight was late so only 2 or 3 could be seated. Great variety to the good and outstanding knowledge by the servers of the menu. Definitely recommend.
Been coming here and recommending Prezza for 18 years. You only do that for places you love. Top shelf!
Great food, fresh pasta, awesome service. Can’t wait to go back.
Food was perfectly prepared, best duck I've ever had. Service was excellent. Great experience - we will be back!
Great restaurant in Boston's North End. Near TD Garden and other attractions.
Awesome, as always.
The ambience is as elegant as ever, and it was very festive for the holidays. My bibb lettuce salad was excellent, but the ravioli dish (I had the one with ricotta and veal) were only so-so and smothered in sauce. Pretty disappointing. The service was also spotty, with periods of him hovering and never leaving our side and other periods where he was nowhere to be found.
Excellent for a special evening out. Very accommodating when we arrived a little early for the reservation and our waiter Al was superb, making recommendations and remaining attentive. As for the food, the Ravioli with white truffle is NOT to be missed.
