We had a great evening celebrating a birthday. The service was fast and very polite and the food was fantastic. We enjoy going to Preto as you don't have to wait for the food, it is fresh and so tasty and it's there within minutes.
If you are a meat eater, it's a must and the salad bar has a great selection also.

Could not fault any part of it, outstanding food and service, very professionally and friendly, will be returning and would recommend anyone that hasn't tried Preto its fabulous.

Salad option really poor, meat tasting old, I have visit the place a couple time before and last time was so bad that I won't be visiting a 4th time. Beign a Brazilian and been served meat that taste that pass the use by date is not OK..

The meat had weird smell and salads were just appalling.Disappointing

Given the restrictions, we had a fantastic evening.
The food and the staff were brilliant. My wife had a lovely birthday meal and we cannot wait to visit again.

On a side note... Another couple were sat on the table next to us. The moment they sat down they were making complaints about non existent issues. Although they went through every meat available and asking for bigger portions whenever it was circulating, they still complained and refused to pay for their food.
The manager on at the time dealt with the issue fantastically. He calmed the situation down and sorted it out quickly and quietly.

Cold chips and rice
Only offered steak. No chicken offered.
Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.
Asked for new chips and took 20 mins, after asking a further 2 times

Service nonexistent, waiter actively avoid making eye contact. Each meat brought around once then disappeared, chips brought at the very end of the meal. Service charge included in bill otherwise I would not have given a tip.
Very noisy - tiled floors and bare walls so the noise multiplies.
Not a great selection of drinks, cocktails not up to standard.
Meat was very tasty and cooked perfectly.
House white wine was good

We had a lovely time m, all four of us enjoyed the food, the staff were extremely attentive and kept a constant Supply of meat and sides, well worth the money we will return

I understand that due to new restrictions the buffet is not possible at the moment but the availability of choice regarding the side dishes was so limited I'm afraid I will not return, shame because I very much enjoyed the varied choice

Stopped doing salad buffet,bring out small portions instead,so you can't fill your plate halfway with salad,but meat is fantastic,didn't help management's children running around screaming,still expect same money without salad buffet

The food was lovely, the serve was great. We had a great time. It was my husbands birthday too. So we had great time.

Our fourth visit really like food and restaurants would recommend can’t wait to have normality back staff did well at present climate

Some of the beef was VERY chewy couldnt eat it, all of the chicken was so dry we couldnt eat it I love chicken wings but they were not nice!! There was no lamb or even as much on offer as usual. I think £70, for LUNCH for 2 adults 1 child is too much especially when the food wasnt great that was with no alcohol either as I realise that always bumps the price up.

The meat supplied here is cooked wonderfully, is absolutely delicious and the buffet/salad accompanying is lovely too. The servers are attentive and bring round the meat frequently

I love the garlic steak and all of the meat but mostly the beef they do. If I could I would go there everyday. love de food love the service love the theme love the drinks. Love the way they have done the restaurant to deal with covid.

First time going here after a friend recomended. It is a great place, food is amazing. The freshly cooked meat carved tableside is the main thing we will be coming back for. Staff super friendly and helpful staff aswell.

Very expensive for a restaurant that resembles more to a takeaway. The food in the buffet was cold and tasteless

There wasn't chips we had to ask 3 times and finally we got it. The rice was really dry even when they put more was dry. The black beans were nice and the meat too. The gentleman was nice but the lady I guess the owner wasn't too nice. After I question about the service charge she didn't like, when I question I was polite. I said I wasn't aware of the service charge and I wasn't happy to pay it. She said you have to pay it. I didn't start an argument. Then after few minutes we left we said thank you and bye and she didn't even reply. Very rude attitude and bad customer services, unfortunately.

The food quality is good I was expecting them to serve more types of meat at lunch time as the "mini" option is quite limited. And not having fries was really disappointing but one of the waiters kindly got us a serving. I do recommend this place but it just need to be more consistent .

Preto by far is my favorite place to eat. The meat just keeps coming and it is all as delicious as the previous bit.
The only bad thing is when your too full to eat anything else and more delicious food comes out and you have to turn it down... its soul destroying lol

Lovely restaurant and service. The meat was really tasty and it was a very unique way of eating.

This is the second time I have been here and brought my whole family. But it didn’t live up to the first visit pre covid. Not much choices meat wise we had the sausages come around 4 times n only had 4/5 different types of meat

My second visit, food is excellent. Staff are friendly and not intrusive. Look forward to my next visit.

As always I loved to be there and I would always recomend that to a friend.
