Service was OK but very slow before hockey game. The brisket was dry and overcooked. I probably wouldn’t go back to the food. However, the kids had waffle fries which were well tasty.

Food for the most part was just ok. Decent spot and service was good. I would race there to eat again. Worked out good to park there and go to the Oilers game.

We had 530 reservations . Drink order was take. Quickly and first round of drinks came out promptly. It was a while before the waiter returned to get our food order. Ordered second drinks and they came out in decent time. Food took a very long time to come out. I would say close to an hour after we ordered. The food came out one by one and very spread out. By 710 (almost 2 hrs of being in the restaurant) one persons dinner still had not come out. At that point we decided we needed to leave as we were going to be late for the concert. The steak supper was brought out just as the table was leaving. There was no charge for that dinner. We were late for our concert and one person was not able to eat their supper . It was not a good Dining experience

Cafeteria ambience, pleasant server who talks the talk, but very interesting recommendations (Pinot Gris paired with prime rib) Plentiful food and cooked well, but not a first choice for repeat dining.

Our server was phenomenal and doted on us perfectly. The Manager was also lovely. We went for mimosas and were not disappointed. Thank you, Preston’s!

We had the Sunday prime rib special. The vegetables were done perfectly and the extra Yorkshire pudding was huge and yummy. The prime rib itself was tasty but also had some large bits of gristle/fat; the server was apologetic and explained a large party had just finished, so our piece of prime rib was from the back, not-so-great, end. Was still good though, I would give it a second chance for sure.
