The restaurant was nice and clean. I was disappointed in how limited the menu was. Also we ordered water to drink and they brought us each a very small glass of luke warm water without ice in it.
The staff was very rude to us and made snap judgements about our party.
Service was not the best.
This place is a class act. The food, setting, artwork, and service are tremendous. The only slight hiccup was it took a little time for the wait staff to acknowledge us. Once the connection was made perfection ensued.
I have lived in the Bay area, NYC and other places around the US and this restaurant could be placed in any of those areas and thrive.
Great place to relax and enjoy happy hour. Recommend for all.
Food was great, service was great, ambience was great! Loved it!
The hush puppies were amazing. We got the hamburger and the avocado sandwich and split. The hamburger was good, but we really like the sandwich and the fries we really good too. Now weather evening on the patio.
My husband and I enjoyed Happy Hour here. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and my husband had the hamburger. We both enjoyed our meals. We also had dessert. The apple pie was delicious as was the toffee dessert. The atmosphere was very pleasant and had a fun feel. Our waitress was excellent. When we are back in the area, we would definitely eat here again!
Yet again terrible service. Almost 30 minute wait for our drink order in a virtually empty restaurant. Then a 20 minute wait for a bottle of wine.
Prompt service and friendly staff. Great ease getting in and out. Food was delicious and options plentiful. Great everyday or special occasions and dates.
Appetizers were good but our Main courses were not what we excpected. We ordered the Pasta, scollops and pork shoulder mains and they all had issues. The Pasta dish was dry and was lacking any real flavor. The scollops were Luke warm and small. The Pork shoulder was just ok but the portion size was small which was a surprise as Pork shoulder is not an expensive part of the animal. We probably won’t go back as for the money we excpected so much more.
Daughter graduating from college ! We wanted to go one last time to our Fav !
Food was much better before. Bad service from our waitress
It was, as usual, awesome!
It’s unfortunate that this place seems to miss so often. It’s got a beautiful design in the best location but the service is terrible. It is consistently inconsistent. Took us over an hour to get our dinner and 20 minutes for a drink. Manager does not post attention to what is happening in here. It’s just sloppy.
Nice spot in downtown Bentonville. Good location. Good food. Friendly, attentive, service. Modern/urban feel. Tables, long high-tops, long bar for drinks or bar-side dinning.
Great atmosphere for breakfast and a meeting
We typically eat lunch in Bentonville once a month when there on other business. Pressroom in "in the rotation". The food is always very good; the kitchen can be unpredictable. Some visits the food comes out in a timely manner, sometimes the wait to be served is quite long (45 min. once) for a lunch hour when there are open seats. As we typically aren't on a schedule and it doesn't happen each visit we continue to patronize them as we really enjoy the food.
Another great meal at the Pressroom, good food and great local beers.
The place looks great. The food was very average. I ordered oysters and requested cocktail sauce. The waiter said they may have some that they bought at Walmart and never came back. I ordered charred carrots and got a bunch of mixed vegetables and some pureed carrots which was not how the dish was described on the menu at all. While there were multiple people coming to deliver stuff to the table (there were 5 of us), the service was not cohesive. It was just adequate.
We went Friday September 27th. It was not very busy for a Friday night which was disappointing because it used to be full of life! Our waitress, while friendly, was just okay. We were disappointed by the mussel appetizer. There were 9 mussels in a bowl covered with a full serving of fries. Really...Unfortunately I did not read the menu which clearly stated that’s the way they come. In the past there was a full bowl of mussels with great crunchy bread to soak the wonderful broth they come in. The entrees were fine. The last time we went it was a little off too. I’ll give it one more shot but it will be 3 strikes if it’s off.
Did not live up to expectations. Had the NY Strip and it was fairly fatty for a $36 entree. Odd pairing of lemon with a steak - sounded interesting but underwhelming.
I love the Pressroom however this dining experience was not the best. We were there for an hour before our food was served and we did not receive our appetizer until after the entrees were served. The waiter was gracious and did not charge us for the appetizer. It was First Friday so there was lots of activity and very noisy. We'll give it another chance but it will be a while.
Beautiful place with great food! Only negative was being told I couldn’t have coffee with my dessert after dinner. But management was very nice and personally fixed me a latte for free for the inconvenience.
Definitely will be back!
Good place for a drink and a quick bit. Young crowd.
Burrata and tomato was amazing!!! Great meal.
We had dinner at Pressroom, and it was underwhelming. Our food seemed like it had been frozen and warmed up (although mine wasn't quite warm enough). My daughter's kid-sized portion was bigger than my husband's adult order of the duck. I might be willing to try it again for breakfast or brunch, but there are far better places to eat for dinner in Bentonville.
Solid food but slow bar service and overall service. Ok overall.
We shared 3 items from the menu. The buratta and tomatoes were excellent and so was the stuffed mushrooms. The carrot fusilli was just okay. Tasty sauce but the fusilli was mushy. We like going there and sitting at the bar. Service was friendly and efficient.
Great experience! Always friendly and hospitable service. Love the ambience and amazing food. Will keep coming back for years to come!
It was casual, and the food was delicious. The staff was very kind and welcoming.
Breakfast was amazing. Coffee was really delightful. The patio area was super nice. The restaurant was so pretty and the staff was super friendly. Definitely would go back and enjoy it again.
Had the NY strip and shishito peppers! Everything was wonderful.
Food was very good. Servers were great. Served a table of 8 at lunch quickly! Loved the option of a side of grilled cauliflower.
Loved it! So much fun!
The chicken salad was excellent. Great lunch!
The patio is perfect and the food was great.
