We first went to Press two years ago on our first visit to the valley (from New England). It was among the top reasons we had to get back and visit again. We made a trip back for a week in the area to celebrate our 10th anniversary and chose Press to specifically celebrate the occasion. It did not disappoint!
Food: just as good as we remembered! The flat iron steak is incredible! Salad and charcuterie were also great to start with. Our only disappointment was that they no longer have their famous potato cakes!!!
Drinks: fantastic. Their old fashioned is always a great option, and they also have a good selection of gins for those who enjoy a good martini. We made a suggestion last time we were here to improve their scotch selection, and they most certainly did! I found many fantastic scotches to choose from, many I know well and many that I have wanted to try including 4 separate yearly bottlings of the bowmore cask.
Dessert: we had the chocolate soufflé (order ahead, it takes 20-25mins), and it was also extremely good!

Food and service levels were above average. Thank goodness we brought in our own wine ( corkage fee of $30@ -which is ok) those same bottles that we purchased at a local vineyard for $120 were selling on their wine list for $350. That part of the menu pricing is somewhat insane
