Order from the special cocktail menu… you will not be disappointed! We enjoyed the Negroni Bay and the Wet Martini. The food and service were superb and then there is the view.

We had a great dining experience at Premier from the awesome rooftop view to the incredible service and food. Compatible to some Michelin star restaurants that we’ve eaten at previously.

Terrace view of the acropolis, making a great view for dinner time. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. Food is incredible. Short ribs and chicken are a must try. You can taste the high quality ingredients. Highly recommended!!

Great atmosphere, excellent views of Athens and the acropolis. Food was delicious and well presented. Service was flawless and we had an excellent dinner at the hotel. Very gladly recommend this restaurant- not only for the views but for the absolutely delicious food that is served.

Great service all the way around from the wait staff and som. Execellent food including the desert recommendations by our waiter. Great view of the Acriopolis. Be sure to arrive early for a drink in the rooftop bar. Highest recommendation!
