Dinner: Monday - Saturday 5:00pm - 10:00pm
Great experience, overall, and the food was outstanding. We did have a negative experience when we expressed wanting to stay a while longer and enjoy our wine. The server made a beeline for the host stand and promptly informed us of when the next reservation is. While it was done nicely, it put us off a bit. And when we were leaving, there were many available tables so the comment seemed unnecessary.
Friend from England visiting.
Prices high for most items on menu. Service was good, interesting bar setup.
We love this place. Great healthy food that has an amazing presentation in an amazing place.
Didn't like bench seating, too low to table too close to other guests, liquor pore was small.
Excellent food and great service.
I love every bite I eat at the Preachers Son! Every time I dine, I enjoy it more each time!
It was a wonderful lunch - every nite was delicious!!!
Love that the entire restaurant is gluten free. Everything is delicious!!! My favorite restaurant.
Always delicious, the food is phenomenal, the service is top notch, and the location sets the tone. It gets fairly loud in the restaurant, so that was my only complaint, but it was busy and understandably so.
The Preacher's Son is one of our favorite restaurants anywhere. Great food and inventive cocktails that change regularly. If you can get Daniel as your waiter your evening will be set!
Preacher's Son is one of our favorite restaurants in Northwest Arkansas. We have eaten there at least 8 times and every time has been a fantastic experience. However, last Monday night they definitely did not bring their A game. It was not a busy night and even the service was not what we have previously experienced. My wife's rib eye steak was poorly cooked with a lot of fat and gristle. My pork shank, which is one of the best dishes, was smothered in a fruity sauce that was cold in places. My daughter had scallops and she loved the dish. We started with the shaved broccoli salad and the chickpea appetizer. Both were very good. But the very poor steak dinner along with the less than stellar pork shank really put a damper on the evening. The chef tried to compensate for the poor steak dinner with a free dessert. It was a nice gesture but wasn't necessary. When it comes to customer service, you are remembered by your experience at a that restaurant. If it wouldn't have been for the great dinner experiences we have had previously, I doubt we would return to Preacher's Son for a long time. So, come on Preacher's Son, let's step up your game. You are better than what we recently experienced.
Great Food, but a bit high in price comparable to other dining experiences with in the square. The server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and was extremely helpful. Looking forward to going again!
Wonderful dinner, great service
Awesome when you see the Chef eating one table over from you
What a treat! We felt transported as the atmosphere is so unique from the gorgeous stained glass windows to the interior design. Service was attentive with enough check ins to feel we were being taken care of. The menu is short, but packed with flavorful options. As an appetizer, we ordered the cauliflower to share and it did not disappoint with its size and roasted flavor, resting on a delightful chimichurri sauce. We order the Panisse, the salmon and gnocchi. I originally thought the gnocchi would be made of sweet potatoes from the way the description read, but it was actually herbed gnocchi in a bowl with the sweetest roast carrots and sweet potatoes served alongside. A white cheese that absolutely complemented it all swirled along the side of the bowl balancing the honey.
We loved this experience, which felt like a truly special occasion even on a regular night.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Bentonville! Being gluten free, it is challenging to find amazing food and being able to eat ANYTHING on the menu is a bonus:) such a beautiful spot and the service was amazing.
Service horrible, waiter only came to our table twice and was disinterested. Had to ask to get plates removed from table. Food average at best, not real good value for money spent.
My second visit to Preachers Son. Wanted to share it with out of town guests. It was another overall great experience. The only suggestion I would make is for the kitchen to go a tad easier on the salt.
Food disappointing. Duck over cooked; tough. Steak tough, too fatty. Third meal in party was Salmon and it was fine. My sister and I shared a wonderful Brussel sprouts salad. They did not tell us there was a $1.50 split charge- would have been ok if expected. A REALLY good salad. Nice service in a unique setting. Noisy.
Best restaurant in Bentonville, great atmosphere, and great service
Superb setting, service and quality of food . Recipes were exceptional. Can’t wait to return!
We were out of town visitors.
I would like to have had one of the tall tables in the larger area of the room for quitter conversation. My wife and I sat at the tables along the wall and they were really too close for private conversation. I could hear everything 2 tables away were saying. Still really enjoyed the overall experience as always. Thank You
Great service, food, and space!
Celebrating birthday. Great food, bar and service.
Great food and service. Was a Birthday celebration and they seated us exactly as requested.
Great food and great atmosphere. Waiter was very nice and food was delicious.
Always amazing experience at Preacher’s Son. Incredible food and exceptional service. Fall menu is excellent!
GREat food and service! Will recommend to friends & family. Wait staff in restaurant & bar were great.
Great food, service and ambience. Definitely recommend if in the area and will eat here next time I’m in town.
The entire experience was great. The food was excellent. The best meat we ever tasted and the salad was delicious. The atmosphere was calm and pleasing. Stuart was our server and he provided wonderful service. He talked to us about the menu and suggested a few things based on our needs and wants. Stuart also answered our many questions about the area. We highly recommend this experience.
Interesting venue; the beer and wine selections were adequate and the ordered drink was prepared correctly. However, the shaved brussel salad and the prime ribeye ordered were both way over-salted to the point where the salt detracted from the flavor of the food itself. A shame that such a good cut of meat, grilled perfectly, was ruined.
We miss the cornbread.
The menu seems a bit scant and one or two entrees were out by 7 pm.
This place is wonderful in every way except the acoustics. Great food, great service, nice to look at.
We had a lovely meal here before my daughter's Jr. Cotillion Holly Ball. She was all dressed up and this restaurant was a perfect backdrop for creating this special memory. The food and the service were both perfect!
Food was average: salmon.
One of our favorite places to dine now. The food is great!
Beautiful building and great food! Service was efficient and friendly staff!
Always amazing food. Always gluten free. You would never know it was :)
Outstanding, farm-to-table, locally sourced ingredients used in our outstanding meals. The atmosphere is so relaxed yet elegant; a perfect place for a special meal. We drove from Austin, Tx, to partake and give the whole experience five stars.
