   A select menu choice that really works. The excellent sounding dishes are difficult to choose from in both starters and mains. The wine list too is perfectly reasonable with several champagnes being available in Magnum format. Our party of 3 each had a different starter and main and all were delicious. The rice dishes too were cooked to perfection and there is a very good choice of side / vegetarian mains to accompany your meal or indeed have as a sole dish. The portion sizes are not skimpy, there is plenty of substance and the dishes are not swimming in ghee but rather have the consistency that shows excellence in culinary skills. The menu, whilst reflecting the character of content of Pushkar, is completely different and if I may say so, is better. This is carried through in quality of ingredients and presentation and indeed quantity. served. The ambience is somewhat more sophisticated than the Broad Street experience, being quieter and less crowded in the dining area. Private dining and function rooms are also available. To cap it off, private parking is around the back of the building and you enter the restaurant through the patio doors into the cocktail bar. The only down side is that it really needs a thermal curtain to keep out the draft that follows new guests in and can be felt as far away as the front end of the cocktail bar. There are probably no more than 8 top end Indian dining options in Birmingham - in my opinion, Praza is the best by a decent margin. We shall be back and will continue to return while this standard is maintained. Well done to all staff.

   Third time but only two of us. My wife's birthday and though been in here for 30 years this place is for Indians who love authentic food.

   We had an amazing time in Praza by pushkar, the food was lovely, nice and warm ambience, perfect hospitality...what else could you ask for. My mum in law is a vergetarian and she thoroughly enjoyed her food. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

   Heading out of Birmingham centre to access the car park this up market eatery serves well cooked and tasty food efficiently with a friendly and helpful attitude. The decor is distinctive and my only reservations about the experience were the chairs were a little on the low side and the music a little on the loud side.

   We were four and have lived in birmingham for over 20 years.The lovely area of Egdbaston is known to us and Praza by Pushkar had to be visited as food is very good in Pushkar --broad street.All being well we found choices for veggi and otherwise bit limited but whatever we chose was tasteful and quantity was adequate.

   Went here on a Monday night. The venue is very well decorated and spacious, with a cocktail bar in one room and tables in the other. The food was really delicious - not too oily, tasty and not overpoweringly hot - and the service very good indeed. I had a lamb curry (can't remember the name) and the lamb chunks were big and incredibly tender. The only downside is that I was the only one in the restaurant for the whole time I ate!

   Praza is a good option as its slightly out of town and has parking to the rear so is ideal for larger parties and is accessible for wheelchair users. Inside is well decorated and has a warm and tasteful ambience, without being too 'full on'. On arrival I was shown to the bar area while I waited for the rest of my party and I found the welcome to be warm and friendly. After being shown our table the host took our coats and offered us nibbles to start while we perused the menu. The selection of dishes covered all the bases and we didn't find ourselves wanting more choice. The prices were reasonable given the quality of the food and the venue, and was made all the more sweeter as open table users received a 2 for 1 deal. The food arrived fairly quickly and was of a high standard. The lamb loos was tender and moderately spicey, while the chicken korma was balanced and not too sweet. After we had finished with the mains we were treated to hot towels to clean up with. A nice touch as the presentation was good. Although we didn't have desserts we had tea to finish and the hot drink selection was a refreshing change from the normal tea/coffee/milkshake norm. A pleasent way to finish the meal. Throughout the dinner we found the staff very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. We were also given vouchers for our next visit. I would definitely revisit Praza and would recommend this restaurant to friends.

   The staff at this newly refurbished restaurant were very attentive and very friendly. Before being seated we were invited to try out their cocktail menu which had a good variety of drinks prepared before us at the bar. The serving staff had good knowledge of the food on the menu, which had a nice selection of dishes (not too many to make choosing difficult). The dishes themselves were delicious and we left our plates clean.

    Excellent food and service but I found the decor a little bland and no comparison to their sister restaurant Pushkar. Without sounding too critical, it seems they have decortaed and fitted out the restaurant on the cheap which is a shame as the food quality and service was exceptional.
