Burger was good, didn’t like the tenders just wasn’t a fan of the beer batter that was used! Great service and beer! Loved the names of the beer!
Here from out of town early dinner our waitress was awesome Nadia
We enjoy Pratt Street regularly. The food is consistently good and well prepared.
Food meh. Service was OK but kind of slow. Building is great.
Our server was very attentive, quick and knowledgable. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted great! Burgers, nachos, chicken salad...all were fantastic and came out quickly! The only hiccup was the presence of a disgruntled server who was unhappy that she did not get our six-top table. She proceeded to yell at our server twice in front of us while he was entering our order into the computer and then also came in a third time calling him a name using expletives in front of our three young children. The young man who was serving us kept his composure and asked her to speak to management instead, but she continued. Regardless, our experience was great overall, and we would return for sure next time we are in Baltimore based on the great food, nice ambiance and good prices.
Really disappointed with this spot. There are much better places in baltimore, don't waste your money!
Nice, but not for a date night, the ambience is more like a sports bar kind of vibe, there’s screens with sports all over the place
Good pub atmosphere in Baltimore
Good for lunch or dinner. Food was amazing, leftovers even reheated with the same flavor filled taste! Will bring the family next time, came with my work family.
Definitely a place you go to to grab a good beer and good food while watching a big game
Service was excellent. Food and beer were quite tasty.
Food wasnt spectacular but nice portions. Worth a trip if need something close to convention center
The food tasted good - but two of us ordered food that was unavailable. One was told immediately, the other had to have a menu brought back to make another selection. If it's on the menu it should be available. If it's not always going to be available, there should be notification to that effect on the menu, so that diners are forewarned.
Went there before a Ravens game. Place was crowded. Waiter took drink and food orders right away. Waited 45 minutes for food to arrive. Looked like our waiter was overwhelmed with too many tables and not enough help. We had a burger and chicken Chesapeake sandwich. Both were just OK. Not sure if I would return.
2nd time I've been here and the service and food are ALWAYS slow. At least this time, they cooked our burgers correctly instead of just making everything well done. So that's an improvement.
Food was great. Service was not. Took 20 mins to get drinks. Dear Lord fix the smell coming from pipes. It’s horrible and doesn’t help wanting to stay in there to eat and drink. Wings were great!
Thanks, great service. Visiting for Baltimore marathon.
Absolutely my go too whenever we are attending a show at the arena. Food is good and service always amazing.
It was good, but they obviously didn't have enough staff for the convention. The food was tasty and the staff was friendly. I would go back again.
Great waitress. Sat outside on a delightful warm night.
Great food!! Huge portions too. We got nachos and a burger. Both were amazing and the fries were perfectly cooked!! Great service and cool place. Would recommend to anyone!
Our meal before a Ravens football game was perfect.
The hostess was disgusting! Never looked up from her phone, rolled her eyes and was a rude disgusting mess. The waiter was ok, but slow and didn't put our food on our table. She waited for us to grab the hot plate. We were there for two and a half hours and only had apps. They took forever and came out burned and tasted microwaved.
It was a horrible experience
The food and drink was really great. The service could have been more consistent and there could have been a little more air movement in the room we were in.
We have had great experiences in the past but they were not at all prepared for the amount of people going to the concert. It was 45 minutes to receive our first drink and crab dip. We immediately ordered another drink from the bar and entrees. 45 minutes later we had to leave to make the concern in time and I had to cancel all of the food. In an hour and a half we had 1 drink and crab dip.
Family dinner after theater
Made reservations for 5pm before a 7pm Os game. Our server and food delivery we so slow, we missed the first inning. He never checked how.our food was, and did not check for drink refreshing.
The food and service were very good, but I was not favorably impressed with the "reception". The apparent misunderstanding described below reflects inattentiveness, and thus unprofessionalism, on the employee(s) involved.
I called the restaurant about 12 minutes before my reservation time (5:15 7/16) to advise that one guest and I were delayed by traffic and would be a few minutes late. I do not remember the employee's name (it was NOT Kirsten, who called me earlier on 7/16 to confirm that I would keep the 5:15 reservation), but I told the woman that my other guest, whose name I provided, would probably arrive on time as he was staying at a nearby hotel, and I requested that he be seated. When he arrived, on time, he was told that the other guest and I were already seated, but the person giving him that information did not know the location. After my guest searched the restaurant and did not find us, he called me. I told him we were still en route and would arrive in a few minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant I asked the two women who appeared to be receptionists about my phone call and the apparent misunderstanding, but it did not seem to register with either of them.
Callie was great! Super service and accommodating. Thank you for making our meals so perfect
Not what I was expecting. They seemed to be out of everything we wanted to order, weird for a Saturday at 730pm. Not our main waiter, who was great, but his helpers seemed super annoyed at us if we wanted anything else like Ketchup or hot sauce etc. I wouldn't go back for dinner. Looked great inside for like a beer and apps. its super close to Camden so if catching a ball game would be a good tailgate i bet
Were seated at a nice table outside away from the street traffic and cooled by a nice (stiff at times) breeze. Were happy to see our favorite Greek salad on the weekly specials list for the evening, so started off with that. Salad plenty large enough for 2 to share, but definitely lacking the Feta cheese and black olives. Disappointed that salad was mostly field greens, fresh spinach was a nice addition, though. As it was Friday night, our usual pizza night, we decided to order the Margharita flatbread. We neglected to specify extra crispy at time of ordering and definitely wish we had. Flatbread loaded with mozzarella-too much for our taste-but the basil and tomato added a nice taste to an otherwise forgettable, soggy flatbread. No room for dessert tonight.
We went to the Pratt Street Ale house before the Orioles game. The Ale house is within walking distance to Camden Yards. Our waiter Oliver was very friendly and was very knowledgeable about the beers and food. I had the chicken Chesapeake sandwich, which was topped with a a lot of crab meat. Overall, our meal was amazing and the beer was cold. I would go back again.
My family (2 adults and 2, 12 year olds) enjoyed Pratt Street Ale House very much! The pretzel appetizer was SO good! And three of us got burgers and they were absolutely delicious! My husband liked a couple of the IPAs they had on tap. The service was good, friendly and attentive. If we go back to the inner harbor area, we would certainly go back here.
Very crowded. Had reservations, but it was easy to get seated once we contacted hostess. Had to wait awhile to get served. Ordered Apps (buffalo chicken cubes) and drinks. Drinks came first, app took a bit of time to arrive. NY Strip specials were ordered. Came with Broccoli. Steaks were cooked alright (medium rare), but were very fatty (maybe that's why they were on special?) Next time, will order burgers.
Great food and drinks were delicious. Less expensive than we expected.
We arrived and were seated immediately thanks to our reservations. This place was busy. We were on a time constraint for a show which we told the waiter. We ordered drinks, apps and main course. It took forever to come out, like 40 minutes for the apps. The appetizers were delicious; however we weren't able to get our main course so we canceled them. The manager did come over to apologize. We may try this place again because the apps were delicious!
The only things that we enjoyed was the service. Our waitress, Nakia ( don’t know correct spelling, sorry), was very good. The food, Howe’s, not so much. Two people in my party order the crab cakes. You get two huge crab cakes and veggies. The crab cakes were not very good and came out cold. We ended up boxing them, but when we left the restaurant, we got rid of them. Very sad because they were market price - $35 per dish. I had a chicken breast which came with rice and veggies. My veggies were cold and they forgot to include the rice. I waited a while before I saw the rice. We did order pretzels as an appetizer. Thank goodness that we did. If we didn’t, we would have been starving! We had an event to attend at the Royal Farms Arena. We also tried to order coffee and tea but the coffee machine wasn’t working and we couldn’t get tea either. Our bill came out to $140. We were shocked. Very disappointing.
Portions were large. Southwestern salad was amazing!
Came in for New Year’s Eve dinner. Never got the waiters name and for it being not very busy, waiter seemed a little rushed. Otherwise, the food and drinks were very good. Would highly recommend their crab dip! Would go again as well as recommending them to family and friends.
Bartender was friendly and quick. Not many vegetarian options, which was tough for me, but the hummus was pretty good.
