Went for our 10th anniversary and had a really nice meal. The service was super fast and friendly and the food was very good. I had the Southwest Chicken Salad which was fantastic and my wife had the crab mac and cheese which she said was good. Great beer selection.
I recommend and we will go back because I want to try the rib eye steak.
Food was Excellent!! Crab dip was Great!
The food was fair, but the service was inconsistent. We were delivered the wrong food and I had to ask for my ice tea three times. Very noisy when we dined. Go off hours for less noise and ask to sit away from where the dishes are stacked.
Food was disappointing. Got the house speciality, Chesapeake Chicken, and it was dry and tasteless. Crab stuffing was good though. Crab dip good, too.
It was VERY busy and there was a 90 minute wait. Using open table, I was able to move our reservation 15 minutes later (traffic was heavy) with a simple phone call to Pratt St. When we arrived, we spoke with the host and she had us seated immediately. Completely bypassed a 90+ minute wait. The table was waiting for us.
The crab dip was awesome with two loaves of toast. The burger with the crab cake on it was done perfectly medium-rare. The beer selection is excellent as well.
It was a pretty lively atmosphere with noise getting ALMOST too loud, but it was a very busy night and many people (ourselves included) were heading to Amy Schumer's show. Didn't detract from my experience in the least. Definitely will be going back and definitely using OpenTable.

We went before Amy Schumer at the Arena and the place was packed. The building is great. Great attentive service but the food made Baltimore look bad to us New Yorkers. The crab macaroni and cheese was really salty. The chowder was ok. The only thing we really liked was the potato cake that came with the spongy shrimp. Food felt very microwaved. They really could do better. Sorry
All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The service was quick. The food was very good. We ordered sandwiches which came with fries.
We were there for a business lunch (7 total) and they seated us upstairs with 2 very loud farewell parties. We could hardly hear each other talk. The waitress was pleasant and punctual. Food was typical bar food, way over priced, however the beer/ drink menu was outstanding.
We were seated on time, however, the service was a bit slow. In all, our group was pleased with the dinner.
We really enjoyed our dinner at Pratt Street Ale House. We were in Baltimore on a vacation, and the restaurant was in walking distance from our hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We asked for some changes to dishes that were on their menu. They were happy to do them and our meals were delicious!
Going to the Blast game with my family that night and Pratt St Ale house was a block away from the arena. Nice food and atmosphere, but a bit noisy. Would recommend to others...
Food was delicious!
Great location for before sports event or other at Baltimore Arena - but make sure you make a reservation on Open Table in advance! Others had long waits for tables - the place was packed before the Maryland Basketball game. Despite the crowd our service was excellent and we had plenty of time to get to the game.
Good for craft beer and appetizers...not for dinner. The desserts were great but the meals were not: chicken was very dry, decaf coffee was tepid, green beans were sad.
We had both the Margherita flatbread and the blackened chicken tacos. Both were great. Both were good values. We had dinner there the Saturday night before the Ravens game. It certainly met and exceeded our expectations. Trip Advisor made this recommendation and they were right ont he money.
Food was not very good, restaurant was slow and service was still sub par
Great spot to get together the night before game day.
Enjoyed a quick lunch here. Much nicer than going to a chain in the inner harbor. Friendly people and the food was good. Crab pretzel was delicious.
Over all good food and good service. Would definately go again
Whilst you are close to the river entertainment area the location isn't great looking on to a busy road opposite the convention centre. But have to say for that the food and service was excellent and great value for money
I love this place! The food is good bar food for a good price. There is always live sports on and they are happy to change the channel for the game you want. I LOVE the season beers. The beer is seriously so good. Can be loud, but that's to be expected. It was perfect during the day for a business lunch.
Food was ok at best. Service although friendly was also ok at best. Will not go back.
Everyone at Pratt Stree Ale house was so helpful and pleasant. Parking was a bit of an issue, but that may have been because the circus was in town. It was a pleasant evening with good food and service. We had a wonderful time!
We had the crab pretzel, crab flatbread and crab mac & cheese. All were crabtastic!
Great meal and thanks for accommodating our large group!
We really enjoyed our visit to Pratt Street. Everyone was very nice and the service was efficient. We enjoyed the Blackberry Pear Cider, salmon BLT, and Portabella Burger. The volume was a bit loud but not unexpected for the pub-like atmosphere. I'd return for a casual evening out away from the chain restaurants at the Inner Harbor.
Pratt Street Ale House was a bright spot on a rainy night when looking for a good place to eat before the bar exam.
We needed to be in and out in an hour and they were most accommodating. Food was very good.
Friday night table for 6. We picked this restaurant because I bragged about how good the food and service were. We were put in the overflow dining room (had to go outside to enter). Lighting was either non-existent or bright flood lights. Had to ask two times for them to turn down the lights because we needed sunglasses to read the menu. Food was cold because they have to go outside to bring it into this dining room. Our appetizers arrived after our dinner arrived. Have been to Pratt Street many, many times and this was a disappointing experience. I hope this was an isolated experience because I live nearby and direct a lot of people to the restaurant.
Overall we had a good meal. A couple of the burgers were under done but thankfully no digestive issues for anyone later in the night. We alerted our server that we would be ordering multiple rounds and was no where to be found for 20-30 minutes at a time.
Service was outstanding. Ales were very good. Irish Red Ale was my favorite - had the standard flight and got a growler of Irish Red to go - which is a great deal at $15. Outside seeting is great on a nice night. Nachos with chili was also outstanding - freshly fried chips.
Had the Godfather sandwich and it was amazing. I have been prior to this visit and order the gluten free pizza and loved that also! My husband had the Margharita flatbread and loved it. Out server was amazing also. Unfortunately it got extremely hot upstairs. We asked for them to crank the AC and they did. The manager came to our table also and was very apologetic. I do not recommend going during Otakon because we saw some things that we would rather not see while eating. However, any other day it is fantastic!
Good outdoor seating. Service was fast. Would go again.
The beer has always been great, but the food never quite lived up to it. It had always been average, at best. Recently, though, that has changed for the better. Much better! It's still your typical pub grub, but now it has flavor! Well worth checking out.
Thought we would really enjoy eating here. Food was good UNTIL we found ants crawling over the French Fries😁! When we showed the manager his comment was this has never happened before!
Their beer is significantly better than their food, but the food is still better than standard bar food.
You can't beat the beer selection, including three different cask conditioned beers. The salads we ordered were huge, almost making me regret having ordered crab cakes as an appetizer. (Almost...) We'd go back in a heart-beat!
This was the perfect location for a group dinner for conference attendees. I made a reservation for 10 and had 8 people when we arrived. Unfortunately our table wasn't ready -- a similar situation to another Baltimore restaurant. Don't reservations mean anything in this town? The restaurant quickly put two tables together for us and we made due with connected tables. It was a great place to chat and our group was there for a couple hours.
