   Amazing as always! Prato never dissapoints! We tried one of their seasonal pizzas (gorgonzola, pear jam, and sliced apple) and it was excellent.

   When you make reservation through open table , but you still have to wait for 15 minutes and so, on top of that you still have to go tell the host that there were a empty table around ! Otherwise we wouldn't have a any table why even borther to make a reservation !!! Can we just seat ourselves ? This place suppose to be first come first serve ?

   Rude hostess, made reservation in advance, had friend join us & was told he couldn’t be near our table in center of chaotic restaurant due to fire hazard, we understand but attitude VERY unnecessary! Asked server bring us Her Top 3 recommendations, once received tasted like salt shaker had accidentally spilled on our food. May be Corporate run but please Your STAFF are miserable & Food needs help! Seems like focus on Rollins kids who must be easier to lure...thanks for reminding me why we won’t return.

   My friend and I enjoy lunching here. Love the Winter Park location, the food and friendly service. Most especially, the well developed and varied wine list. The food is fresh and delicious and unique. Will definitely return. Good service!

   Prato is always a good choice. The meatballs and the spaghettini mostardo are a must. This time we also had this great pizza with pears and goat cheese...I can't remember what it was called, but it was SUCH a good decision. Such great food every time.

   This was my 6th visit to Prato. I was celebrating my 1 year wedding anniversary. I made a reservation and requested a table for 2 NOT IN THE FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT. Walk in, tell them my name... they drag us over to the table 2 feet from the front door. I ask “you don’t have a table for 2 near the back?”. She says “No, those are reserved”. What? Isn’t that what a reservation is? Her response made no sense. After we were seated the waiter upsold me on my cocktail, but when it came out it was missing the items. I was cool with him and he made it right. We ordered several dishes to share as we’ve done in the past. One of the pasta dishes the waiter recommended was never served. Looking at the check we were billed for it even though it never arrived at the table. I told the waiter, he seemed astonished that we didn’t get it. I told him that it was fine but please remove it from the check. We spent $150 on dinner for 2 and just felt like we weren’t treated in the way we’d expect in a restaurant like this. I guess we’ll go back at some point, but it’s not going to be soon.

    Very active and fun place. Well trained wait staff, they know the food. They could loose the TVs.
