Ordered garlic bread, meatballs and calamari for apps. All are delicious. Lasagna was delicious. Was not a “heavy” meal. Not a lot of filling in between layers. Would order again. Only reason for some lower stars is our waiter while wonderful and pleasant got busy. Towards end of evening louse level increased and hard to hear

Service was atrocious. Very slow and we had to repeatedly ask for things. Asked for salt and pepper...received only salt after asking twice 10 min later. Spicy crab spaghetti had shells in it.

I am not sure what has changed for this restaurant. It used to be one of our favorite places. The last two times we have gone recently service and food have been subpar. This last time however we didn’t even get served. The place was close to empty, we waited at the bar 15 minutes after our reservation. That would have been fine we had a drink and could talk. I asked how much longer and the hostess said I can seat you whenever you want 😳. She sat us at a table where for 30 minutes wait staff walked past us. Stood at the hostess area to talk and ignored us before we decided to try our luck somewhere else. We got up in plain view of 6 staff members and no one engaged us in anyway. We won’t be returning.

Brunch--the steak frites and the benedict were outstanding. Arancini appetizer was excellent. Not a fan of the chicken and waffles because of the bread pudding waffle...looking for something classic or even savory. Cocktails were excellent, as was the service. Normally a bit noisy inside, but holiday weekend meant quiet...

We were a party of 12 and had a great meal. Food was delicious but service was little slow. Appetizers were very good and really filled you up. Sicilian pizzas were excellent starters and calamari was fresh.

We generally LOVE Prati Italia! However, this time the service was very slow and not good overall. It took a very long time to get our initial drinks and wine. The bottle of wine that was ordered when we first started to eat dinner arrived when we were almost done with dinner. The restaurant was very loud, making conversation difficult. The food was not as good as usual:( My chicken parm was a little dry and the spaghetti and meatballs was average.

The food is decent. The restaurant is not very clean. The lights have a layer of dust that can’t be ignored. Our waitress was just ok. The hostess with her kerchief and tattoo that said “whatever” was a bit off putting. A not to the owner, clean up the staff and restaurant if you want 5 stars.

Arrived for happy hour deals and wait staff was very kind, allowed food specials only at the bar so left her table. She was very kind about the transfer. Food was fabulous, staff friendly and helpful.

Prati Italia is one of my favorite restaurants in the Jacksonville area. We were seated promptly at our table and Vanessa was our server. We've had Vanessa as our server before and she is always very pleasant and does a great job. We always order the garlic bread with the ricotta/olive tapenade which we love, it so delicious. I usually order the ricotta ravioli and my BF ordered the malfadine with shrimp. Both we good and for desert we ordered the strawberry semifredo which we also enjoyed.

Delicious food. Fun, tasty cocktails. I had the crispy lasagna and it was so good. My date and I shared 2 appetizers so we ended up taking our entrees to go. There was plenty of food. Everything was flavorful. No negative comments. I would go here again!

Oh my gosh!!! The food was AMAZING!!! I love Italian food and this was by day the best I’ve had! The chicken parmigiana was tender, juicy and full of flavor! The spaghetti marinara was absolutely delicious! It was perfect! My husband got the chicken parmigiana too, but with Alfredo sauce. He said he’d never had Alfredo that good! The restaurant was beautiful and we had a table overlooking the lake. It was a wonderful evening!

My server , Carmen ( I think was her name ) was very attentive and friendly. Food came out fast big serving, and very delicious, worth every penny. I am celebrating my friend’s birthday and they gave us a complimentary dessert of our choice. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend.
