From the host staff to Grant our waiter it was an excellent experience. We live in st Augustine and staycation in Jax with our lab lily often . We will be back ! The food was outstanding and we are enjoying the leftovers for lunch ! Thank you !

We were over charged by twice as much as it was supposed to be and we asked them to fix it before they ran my card and 2 minutes later I got charged the original amount. I asked the manager to fix it and she said I’m not sure if I can but I’ll check. Couple minutes later I get a text from my bank that they gave me back the amount and charged me the right amount. I asked why she originally overcharged me by twice when I asked her not to, the manager said sorry have a good night and walked away! I’ll never return !

As a person with celiac, the food was amazing. No adverse reaction. Garlic bread with homemade ricotta was so delicious! Such a treat. GF pasta with Alfredo sauce was as well as gelato for dessert. Will be back.

For the price I’d expected the food to be at least good but to be honest the service was good but the food was alway overrated. I really miss Gubbios that used to be on old kings. These expensive restaurants don’t have anything on these hole in the way gems. Because it’s in the town center we know it’s expensive but is the food good? The steamed mussels were fishy, not fresh and clean tasting. The seafood spaghetti was very mid. And the gnocchi was probably the best tasting dish but was also 6/10. Glad they had a choice of a small or large portion. Never again! 👎🏼

Service was slow and unattentive. Ordered drinks and waiter said they’d bring water. Water arrived LONG after the appetizer and after the cocktails. Food was decent, short rib was very fatty cut.

This place has a very nice vibe. We happened to show up on a night with live music. The band added a neo-soul touch to the experience. The cocktails were nice. Our server, Sam, took the time to explain the vegan menu to us. She was pretty awesome. 👌🏽

Service was fantastic, water was cold and always refilled. Ordered an appetizer with calamari in it, had breaded assorted seafood but there’s also breaded lemon slices that were very off putting I thought it was a potato! The lasagna was mostly layers of pasta with nothing in between? Waiter was so nice though !

What a nice surprise. We just discovered our new favorite Italian restaurant. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. Meatballs with polenta, the garlic bread, truffle fries were our choice for the starters. Absolutely delicious! What a treat! As for the entrees we had pizza and the trout. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to return!

The food was very good but the service was abysmal. We waited almost a hour to get our food. We ordered a second drink and we’re basically done eating by the time it finally came. The poor service r uined the night.

Arrived on time to an empty restaurant and still had to wait 15 minutes for our table. Twice as many staff as patrons and service was incredibly slow. Waitress disappeared numerous times so we were unable to get any refills. At one point we were 1 of 2 tables in the restaurant. Made eye contact with manager multiple times trying to get our waitress so we could get our check and leave. Really wanted to do dessert for my wife’s birthday dinner but 2 hours into it we were ready to go. Food was really good it’s a shame service was so terrible. So many staff standing around doing nothing and our waitress MIA. We won’t be back to Prati Italia.

Made reservations and the only reservation available was at 4:30 outside we get there and the place is empty and it is empty. The whole time where there is that one other table came in and I may be a few inside while we had to sit outside made no sense to us.

I was impressed with the outdoor dining experience! I did not recall making a reservation for outside, but I am glad we ended up there. Outside the air was fresh - not too hot and not too chilly. The noise level was so that all 8 of us at our table could hear the entire conversation without having to strain to hear. THIS IS HUGE these days! I recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere and service - it is top notch!

Food was not so great, we had the muscles appetizer, that was the best part of our meal. My husband had the crab pasta, he ate a quarter of it and left the rest. I had the chicken parm and it was edible, that’s about the only good thing I can say. We spent $118 for two people and were disappointed in the meal. Too many restaurants in the area that are considerably better, we will be spending our money elsewhere.

The food was delicious. We had the Fritto Misto to start and for our entrees I had the scallops and my boyfriend had the chefs special. For drinks I had an Aperol spritz which was fantastic. My boyfriend had the margarita and it was just okay.

One of our favorites! Food and service is always a hit! My husband almost always gets the chicken parm, I can’t pick a favorite. The lasagna, filet, scallops, and ravioli have always been great. Love this and their other restaurant in San Marco Town Hall

Been planning this Friday the 13th evening for months. First time since all 6 of us have seen each other since COVID!!! We had a corner patio table with a spectacular view! Our waiter Sebastian resembled teenage Clark Kent & was very nice but as our evening progressed our service was slow (not his fault). It appeared he was the only patio waiter. Some of us followed up on our cocktails. One of my friends secured her own silverware & condiments. Another friend ordered a simple gluten free pasta shrimp dish & her meal was a small dish of pasta with 6 shrimp and it was $30. We are accustomed to paying good money for good food but her meal was not worth $30. As our evening continued with lovely conversation & lovely photos at approximately 9:10 one of our friends, suddenly became ill & collapsed. We immediately became frazzled, asked for help from the patrons & staff & called 911. The manager, Emily? introduced herself & said she didn’t want to be in the way. (I think Emily escorted me to our table & she was very nice but during this incident she seemed more concerned with securing our ill friend’s name versus offering her assistance. She could’ve offered her business card for our friend to contact her later). Some staff & patrons helped push tables out of the way for the EMTs. What’s also concerning is…later.rather than offering to box up our meals (not that we were thinking about food,but offer as a courtesy) we found our checks at the end of our table. Sebastian had other tables to take care of so our situation was probably overwhelming, but that is when management steps in. Couldn’t Emily? have given us our checks? No staff around. We could have easily left w/out paying but that is not who we are. We happily payed & payed for our friend but couldn’t the manager have also comped our friend’s check as a courtesy? Maybe it was due to Friday the 13th & all the things? Big Thanks to the patrons $ staff who helped us & friend. Thank God our friend is fine!

The crab spaghetti was surprisingly bad. The crab was overwhelming and the sauce was way too watery. The dish didn’t feel very cohesive. We also received a slice of cake for a birthday which was way too rich and dry. Drinks were good and our waitress was fantastic. The booth we were in was quite awkward though because we stared directly at the table infront of us instead of each other which i think made both parties uncomfortable. Might be a good seat for 4+ people but not for 2.

We were very happy with the service and the reservation. We got a booth and the server was exceptional. The food was fairly good but we did feel the menu selection was a bit slim. I ordered the scallop dish and it was great. We also went on Thursday and found that they had music on the balcony outside so that was a nice bonus after dinner.

Ordered garlic bread, meatballs and calamari for apps. All are delicious. Lasagna was delicious. Was not a “heavy” meal. Not a lot of filling in between layers. Would order again. Only reason for some lower stars is our waiter while wonderful and pleasant got busy. Towards end of evening louse level increased and hard to hear

Service was atrocious. Very slow and we had to repeatedly ask for things. Asked for salt and pepper...received only salt after asking twice 10 min later. Spicy crab spaghetti had shells in it.
