A lovely evening celebrating Mum's birthday. Thank You for ensuring we had no time restriction on the table. Overall, as usual, everything was super. Service was warm and friendly and the food was delicious. Our only criticism is that I asked for a simple undressed mixed green salad which isn't on the menu and which I've enjoyed before at Pranzo. On Friday I sent it back 3 times as each time it came out not as I requested. On the 4th attempt it still wasn't right and I gave up and simply ate it without comment. The 'Happy Birthday' plate and liquor Mum received as a birthday surprise was a lovely touch. Thank You. We will be back as the food is so so good :)

Honestly I don't remember when I was in such a great place in UK, food was outstanding, wouldn't change anything, service so nice and helpful, went beyond standards. Great care about every detail, make you feel very special there. From now is my favourite place to dinning.

Called prior to seeing a show at the theatre. Fabulous staff, food and drinks. Lobster ravioli was beautiful and hubby enjoyed his bigoli.

Food was good. Little disappointed with my starter but others with me were really happy. Mains were lovely, good portions and seafood was definitely fresh. Was very heavy on the garlic and I like garlic. Service was ok, had to ask for cutlery multiple times which is frustrating and a drinks and it wasn’t busy. Overall found it to be expensive for what it was and I don’t mind paying for good food and service. I would go back but not my first choice of Italian restaurants
