Pozzi Bistro is a new “Old World” style restaurant in the Fernandina historic district on Amelia Island. Listen to Frank Sinatra in the background or watch old movie clips while you relax and enjoy a night out at the Pozzis’. We feature a simple but varied menu of appetizers such as Steve’s onion soup, charcuterie and cheese plates, Caprese Salad, and triple cream baked brie. Our dinner entrees include Maryland-style crab cakes, New England Lobster,Candy’s Lawry chicken, and Nebraska corn fed beef, aged 45 days. Steak offerings include USDA prime RibEye, center barrel cut Filet Mignon, and Flat Iron steak. Pair a wine with your meal with choices from many of the regions of Italy and France. Top off your evening with and espresso drink or one of our custom made desserts. Our goal is to make everyone who dines with us feel like a member of the Pozzi Family. Come and experience “La Dolce Vita” as we bring a little bit of “Old World” charm to Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach!

The staff was very attentive and the food was nicely prepared. The only issue was dessert. We ordered ice cream with expressio top and an apple pie with ice cream. We received 2 apple pies with ice cream an, an expresso and the Icecream with expresso topper. The waiter took off the extra expresso, but never realized we only ordered one apple pie dessert. Thankfully, it was delicious and we ate it anyway.
We will definitely come back again!

We liked the restaurant so much we went twice. We sat outdoors. Beautiful view of sunset. Off the beaten path, so nice and quiet. Crab cakes are the best ever. Charcuterie also great. Onion soup unique and tasty. Owners are friendly and do a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous restaurant. Have been on the island nearly a dozen times. We ended up going 2 times this week. Absolutely fabulous. Great owners, food and service. Highly recommend the restaurant for date night or a group of 4.

This restaurant has great and friendly service, and the food is excellent. The mojitos were unbelievably good. The crabcakes were amazing and truly Maryland style. The portions were small....two crabcakes combined would be equivalent to one....tapas size. The quantity of food was not proportionate to the price.

Foodies will be thrilled! Loved everything we had. The steaks were perfectly cooked and the portions plentiful. Don't pass up the desserts.... Our table had 4 of them and they were all outstanding. Chocolate layer cake and the carrot cake especially stood out :)

We went for the first time for a birthday dinner and were not disappointed! The onion soup was outstanding, as were the crab cakes and cobia. At first I thought the dinner portions were a little small, but we walked away full and satisfied and everything was of very high quality. It also left room for dessert and the carrot cake was fabulous! We will definitely return!

First time eating dinner at Pozzi and had a wonderful evening. Caprese salad reminds me of some wonderful meals in Germany and the food was excellent. Owners directly involved and were excellent hosts. Desserts were off the chart.

We split the Lobster and did a “shared plate”. For a small upcharge, you each get separate sides. Meal was excellent, wine was awesome (we did a full bodied Amerone!), atmosphere was intimate and well suited to a quiet date night.

Greatly enjoyed and we will be back!

What a great evening! Owner Steve is so attentive and helpful making suggestions on the menu . Loved the flat iron steak, great wines , and desserts. Great cozy bistro ambience that was managed well with covid requirements. Loved our evening ! Great food, service and conversation with Steve and staff. Highly recommend!

We're from Maryland and have never found crab cakes here in FL that are any good. Until now! Pozzi has the most authentic crab cakes we have ever found outside of MD. Eat up!

The charcuterie was outstanding. Made us feel like we were sitting in Italy. The onion soup was also amazing. Not like any onion soup you have ever had. Much lighter without all the cheese and bread on top. Just a whole, Vidalia onion! The Maryland crab cake was also delicious, perhaps a bit pricey. Lovely wines by the glass, including a terrific Nero d' Avola from Sicily.
Owners were present, making sure guests were enjoying their experience.

Great meal...only downside for us is it in wine and beer only, no liquor. Although the wine we ordered was superb. Onion soup was amazing and I loved my flat iron steak. Hubby also enjoyed his meal. Quaint little place and nice date night restaurant. Frank Sinatra playing in the background sets the perfect mood. Highly recommend.

We love Pozzi and try to get there once a month or so. The experience is always great from the delish menu to the lovely owners and staff. My husband loves the prime Ribeye and I go between the steak salad, Cobia and the chicken. All delish and expertly prepared.

Outstanding food and service. Steve and Candy do a wonderful job go making their guests feel welcome and providing first class service. They will always offer their suggestions on what to order and what wines go with which dish. Food is terrific. This visit we had caprese salad, cobia, crab cakes, and steak. All were wonderful and the accompanying mashed potatoes and zucchini were great. Tres Leches and Carrot cake rounded off the fabulous evening.

Great Service, and Great Food! Steve and Candy (I believe they are the owners), made every table feel like they were special, at least they both made us feel special. We typically never order desert, but we broke down and tried the Tres Leches cake, and between the four of us, we didn’t leave a crumb. Two of us had the skirt steak, and we both enjoyed it. My best friend loved her special, bone-in pork chop. We will definitely be back!

Well, our experience surpassed the reviews! Greeted warmly by wait staff, then by the owner, menu choices are limited, indeed, but cover all the basics
The owner explained each dish & she was quite accurate, veal osso bucco was the special, delicious, crab cakes-homemade & full of crabmeat
Then, then, then....Tres Leche cake for dessert!

We had our Valentine’s Day dinner at Pozzi Bistro and cannot rave enough about the food, the atmosphere and the owners! It was truly one of the best meals that we’ve eaten out. Owners Steve and Candy were incredibly gracious and welcoming. If you’re looking for the best meal in historic downtown Fernandina, go one block over from the main downtown area and you’ll find the best food in the most quaint place. We will definitely be back!

Very good steak and sides. Presentation was nothing special. Limited menu. Good overall ambience and service. Toward the end of our meal our eyes were burning due to steaks on the grill. Apparently they need a bit more ventilation or some sort of smoke eater device. Pozzi is a small neighborhood type restaurant, but fine dining and we would recommend it to our friends.

Steve was an excellent host recommending the most delicious wine that paired perfectly with the best Maryland crab cakes that just melted in your mouth. We also had filet mignon that was expertly prepared to my medium rare specification.

The service was 2nd to none and my hat goes off to the Chef. This “gem” of a restaurant is a must try!
