Great, simple food with great wine and coffee. Perfect little place for a quiet date
Absolutely best filet mignon I have ever eaten!! Love the small restaurant feel and personal service. Make reservations.
The meal was excellent, wine was perfect and the service, despite being busy, was great.
Was our second visit and we plan on going back. Food and service excellent. Very friendly but not overdone.
Enjoyed the experience.
This was our first visit and we will definitely go back. While the menu is not extensive, the quality is amazing. I had crab cakes that were simply lump crab, seasoning and a touch of binding ingredient. My husband had the Cobia which he said was cooked perfectly. Their desserts are huge so I recommend sharing.
Great meal and Steve made an excellent wine recommendation. One of my favorite places for good red wine coupled with an excellent charcuterie board. We shared the crab cake dinner, which didn’t disappoint.
We will be back!
Quaint restaurant with great interaction and service. Food was great and i would go back
We had never been to Pozzi before and thought we would try it before going on to Amelia Community Theater (2 blocks away). We were definitely pleased with all the aspects. While the space is small fortunately for us there was only one other table occupied so the noise level was quiet. We ordered a nice bottle of red and a split of Prosecco. The red wine was outstanding and my wife really enjoyed the Prosecco. Service was prompt, helpful and courteous. Our appetizers (Caprese Salad and Baked Brie) were delicious with the blueberry topping on the brie earning high marks from all. Main courses were also top notch with everything coming out exactly as ordered. We even splurged for an order of the five layer chocolate cake whichg was perfect for the three of us. Since Pozzi is a coffee shop earlier in the day we decided to have a cappuccino and expresso which were also great. This is not a bargain restaurant but we thought the value for money was clearly there. It will be our regular stop for pre theater dinners.
first time. Really enjoyed the experience. Food was particularly good. Wait staff delightful.
Most excellent food and having the owner, Steve, walk us through everything was superb!
I highly recommend everyone trying Pozzi Bistro!
Best lobster I have had out of New England! Also, the cobia and the brie were excellent!
It was so good we are going back tonight!
Awesome service and food.
took our adult daughter and she was so impressed. The owners are great, the service is great, the food is great all around a perfect dinner out.
thanks so much
Absolutely impeccable in every way... food, ambiance, personal service! Cannot recommend this little gem enough! One of our favorites in Fernandina!
Seated by co-owner Candy who was very pleasant
Great food. Steaks were delicious. Order was messed up and not entered to chef but the restaurant made up for the delay by additional food and comp’ed the bottle of wine we ordered. We thought this was very nice! We will definitely go back!!
Had not visited Pozzi due to mixed advertising as to whether they were a wine bar, a Espresso shop, or a restaurant. We determined last evening that Pozzi is a great new restaurant with personal service, great atmosphere and superb food. Loved it!!!
Truly a wonderful dining experience at what others are calling a “hidden gem”, and it is for sure! The owners are very kind, friendly and knowledgeable! The food was exceptional and worth every penny. It is not an inexpensive option, but I would do it again and again and keep referring others to go enjoy a quaint, super quality dinner!
I love the ambiance and music at Pozzi. The owners are delightful and the best crab cakes on the island .
Since our last visit the menu has had some small changes, but the quality of the food, by the glass wine selection and options on the targeted menu remain excellent. On this visit I had a few smaller plates while my girlfriend had a fish entrée special, and those, along with the chosen wines, hit the spot. Even if you have a smaller appetite you will find some interesting choices including their version of onion soup which is lighter, different, tasty and quite satisfying.
My dinner of crab cakes was superb. My dining companion ordered fish and had to send it back twice because it was undercooked. They apologized profusely and made it up to us with a glass of wine and dessert.
This quaint restaurant serves excellent food. The owners are passionate about every detail. They are very accommodating to special requests. The crab cakes were the best on the island.
What a wonderful evening! Charm, amazing food, and delightful ambience. If you are visiting Amelia Island, don't miss this gem. We started with the mixed charcuterie and cheese- so yummy! My husband had the filet and I had the crab cakes. Both prepared perfectly. Highly recommend this restaurant!
We have been to Pozzi several times now and I’m happy to report it never disappoints. The owners Candy and Steve have their heart and soul in this business. They have a small hand picked menu with the best cuts of meat and quality ingredients plus they’re there actually running the place, telling stories and generally charming their guests. The best part is many of the recipes have been handed down through Steve’s family and like my Osso Buco tonight are truly delicious! The steaks are great ( I sample everyone else’s dinners) the Ribeye was my favorite. Save room for dessert. They have a little something for everyone from chocolate espresso cookies to chocolate cake to their very delish version of tres leches cake. Try it! You will like it I promise! 💗
Everything was wonderful. We’ll be back!
Greeted like family on arrival and it got better from there. Food was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
Steven and Candy are very hospitable. The atmosphere and setting are warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the filet mignon and crabcakes. Wine, port, dessert great company- it was a great night out. Thanks !!
Had a wonderful meal. Loved the crabcakes and fiket!
The Steak Diane special was remarkable. Another great dining experience at Pozzi Bistro. 👍👍👍
Pozzi has the best food, owners and staff. It is a hidden gem and we will be back again and again.
Absolutely love this place. My husband and I have visited Pozzi’s several times for the most amazing coffee but haven’t ate dinners until last weekend for our 20 year anniversary night out. As we expected the food was incredible and wine selection was on point. After dinner we wrapped up the evening with a delicious cup of coffee. Thanks again Pozzi’s for making our anniversary evening something to remember.
Food was amazing and the owner was so nice and accommodating. Best crab cakes I’ve ever had!
I think the atmosphere could have been improved with white table cloths.
Fantastic service and food, as always!
We stopped in for some wine and appetizers. The staff and owners were very attentive! The wine suggestion was spot on and they were very accommodating. We will definitely go back and will recommend to friends.
My only request would be another seafood option for the menu.
Food and service was excellent. We both had the filet and lobster and it was cooked to perfection. The owners are hands on and over see everything. If you are looking for a nice quite place for an excellent dinner, this is the place.
Pozzi's absolutely had the best crab cakes I think that I have ever eaten. However, it was rather pricey for the area and for the casual atmosphere. It was fine dining food and prices in a coffee shop.
Wonderful new place, we went for dinner. Steve and Candy made us feel like family. The steaks were cooked exactly as requested. He also find new wines for us that we loved, we are no experts in that area but he is! The carrot cake was also incredible. They were playing classic movies on the TV and with Sinatra on the stereo it was perfect.
Great meal and service. Cozy.
This is $$$ though, not $$ as indicated. It may be $$ during the day but $$$ for dinner.
