Second time here - last time brunch (great) this time dinner (average). Nice place, good food - the problem was that they were out of 2 of the 5 main entres, which left us a bit short as one member couldn't eat these. Also they had tons of guys in the kitchen, but seemed to be short staffed on the waitresses, so service was spotty.
We have been fans of POUR for years, but now, with the new chef, we will become regulars! Mike is doing a great job, introducing some creative new additions, and sprucing up what was already great presentation!
Our server, who is also the aspiring sommelier, was excellent as well - recommended a delicious wine and was most attentive throughout our visit.
We will be back, POUR - great job all the way around - thank you!
Food was very good. Our table shared the Brussel Sprouts and Polenta to start. Enjo
We went for brunch during restaurant week and truly enjoyed our meals! Great presentation and friendly service!
Our overall experience was excellent. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable of the menu, bar service was quick and the food was out of this world. Set with the great location in Lancaster and a modern interior with local art, it is a showcase of people with passion for what they do.
I had heard good things about this restaurant regarding the extensive drinks list and the good food. It is a bit pricey, so I didn't want to risk being disappointed with a big tab. Restaurant week seemed to be the time to give it a try with 2 entrees and a dessert to share for $40. Sad to say, the drinks, which were extra, were the best part. I got the pasta dish which was bland. My friend had the salmon, and to be honest, he was pleased with his plate. The lemon dessert had a nice texture, but it had no flavor. None. Did someone forget the lemon zest and juice? I make a similar cake, and it is far superior. I love restaurant weeks and have eaten some of the best food of my life at participating restaurants. That didn't happen at Pour.
Went for restaurant week with friends and had a great experience for our first time there.
This is a gem. Not to be missed, experience. Extremely creative combinations, expertly prepared.
One of my favorite places in Lancaster! Always great service, drinks, and food!
Brunch was the best we’ve had in Lancaster. Seating was tight as we were in the “hallway” but still okay to have a private conversation. A must do.
The experience was great. The explanation of the menu and different ways of ordering was great. And the recommendations were perfect.
It was fine, nothing special. As is the terrible trend, we got stuck in what I have now dubbed "cattle stall" tables. I'd rather pay more than be crammed next to strangers when I'm having dinner with my wife.
All the food was delicious and almost too beautiful to eat. The service was excellent. We look forward to dining at Pour again.
My fiancé and I were sat in a very awkward section of the restaurant, it felt like a hallway from the main dining area and the back art room. I ordered the chicken pasta because I was told the steak would not be cooked to my preference. The chicken was crunchy and just horrible, as if it was freezer burnt. The dish was also described as having bacon, which there was none. Disappointing valentine’s date, we went elsewhere for dessert.
Food was exceptional, server was impeccable. Seating was just a little tight, but acceptable with a nice ambiance.
Menu options are somewhat limited. Interesting menu. Meals/food we selected was fresh, eye appealing and tasty. I've never had a poor dining experience here.
Chef Michael did an amazing job!!! Came out to our table and gave us suggestions, all the items were impeccable
What an awesome addition to your team
Food and dinner service was amazing. Waiting at the bar for drinks before hand and not being even approached for 15 minutes, not amazing.
Excellent as always. Great fresh menu, nice ambience and good range of beverages. Thank you!
Just fun place to go and be with friends. Great drink menu and although limited, good food options. Not much vegetarian options though.
We had a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was delicious and the service, outstanding. We were delighted to be told that all bottles of wine were half price that night. We had a wonderful bottle of wine with our meal.
For my first brunch experience was great! Looking forward to coming back for lunch or dinner.
Pour was worth going to once for the experience and although I may recommend to others, it is not necessarily one that we would dash back to. We like the idea of small plates but the menu was very limited. With that, running out of items occurred as well. Our waiter was fine, but did not seem overly eager in serving us. Almost like he had other things he'd rather be doing. We did really enjoy the quaint atmosphere and art gallery. The beer selection was immense but the wines we tried were just okay. The options for wines were limited as well as cocktails.
Great food and rotating menu. Not the wisest selection but definitely a good place to each and drink.
Lunch was good but seemed to take a long time to be prepared
Server was very good
Nice atmosphere. A little overpriced for drinks, in my opinion. Food was good and seemed reasonably priced.
Unique dishes and good service. Nice leisurely pace as we were not in a hurry. Excellent drink menu and wine list.
We love Pour and always enjoy our experience here. This time, we ordered the Korean chicken wings, Brussel sprouts, gumbo and lobster tail. Everything was delicious! The only negative was the small portion size of the lobster dish. For $22, I expected a larger portion.
The service, menu selection, and quality of food were amazing. Cocktails were awesome and on point. Our waitress was engaging and knew the menu front to back. However the portion sizes were terrible. We got the lobster tail entree and it was the size of a shrimp. It looked like an appetizer dish, at best, rather than an entree. Our gumbo starter dish was larger than this entree. It’s a shame because the food itself was incredible. You can definitely find similar quality food, better portions, at the same price at multiple restaurants in the area. Most likely won’t be back.
This is a lively space for drinks and charcuterie, but entrees are on the smaller side and quite rich. We loved the pineapple cider!
Lovely place to get together with friends. Interesting menu and great wine!
Pour in Prince was a great experience. The food was tasty and the service was great! We went on a Saturday night around 7pm and a reservation was definitely not needed- even when we left there were plenty of open tables.
Vegetarians beware - very limited options. I'd been wanting to try out this restaurant for several months. Finally went on New Year's Eve. Great ambience, delicious cocktails and very attentive service. Sadly, the only vegetarian item on the menu was a salad....not a joke. The chef offered to make pasta, which truly was boiled pasta with steamed veggies. I can do that at home. Disappointing for a place known for being intentional about food.
Fantastic little cozy spot with great food and exceptional service. Food was some of the best in Lancaster County.
I felt that the food was overpriced for the quality.
Fabulous food and exceptional service. Everything we wanted it to be and more.
Overall, the restaurant was good. It is a very trendy restaurant and is a little expensive for the serving sizes. I would go back but probably only for drinks.
Another great dinner with family...fine selection of items on the menu from the starters to the entrees to the desserts.
Amazing dinner with family. Love everything about this place!
