   Food was good, but pricing too high for what was offered. Cheaper to do AYCE. Everything had to be paid for vs. sauces, drinks, and soup bases being included for 1 price. Reservations require a credit card, and for each no show is $25 charged to the card.

   Absolutely love this place! Awesome food and awesome staff. Not too expensive for hotpot either.

   Such a fun and delicious experience! It starts with the password you are given which gives you access past the hidden door into the restaurant. Once seated the servers explain the process and the experience of selecting, making, and enjoying your meal begins. We had a great time and the delicious flavors did not disappoint!

   We had a wonderful first visit to Pots. Lovely server who explained everything very clearly. Lots of options and customization for different dietary & spice preferences. We loved the marinated beef, pork dumplings, and happily enjoyed broth soaked broccoli with the ramen toward the end of the meal. We’d love to go back with friends in the future.

   Absolutely an amazing experience! The food is spectacular. The beverages were amazing. Such a great hot pot restaurant! We live about 40 minutes away, but we will be going back regularly

   I would give POTS 10 stars if I could...what a delightful charmer in downtown Peabody. From the "speakeasy" entrance through a tea shop, to the delightful custom cocktail menu, to the coupling of attentive/personal service with menus, but the ability to order "on demand" via QR code, this place is set up really well. But what's most important is the food, and it was exceptional. We tried the Hot Pot Platter for 2-4 which had a little bit of everything: shrimp, clams, steak, lamb, chicken, and veggies. Food was plentiful, fresh and very well presented on a multi-level tray. We ordered a couple of appetizers (the mini soup dumplings were outstanding). Overall, an excellent meal and restaurant, led by a terrific family and team. We will be back!

    Great little spot. Heard many great things about the place. They lived up to it. Server was nice fast and courteous. They worked as a team to get the food out fast for every table and the place was spotless clean.
