Food was outstanding! Buratta with the tomatoes and pesto was fabulous, Salmon was cooked perfectly and the tarragon butter sauce was to die for! Can’t wait to go back!

The restaurant, itself, is very appealing as far as decor, though the waiting area is awkward. Fortunately, we had a reservation and didn't have to wait long. We could have done without the dry breadsticks (no oil, no butter), but the salad and our entrees were delicious. The service was not good at all...we had to flag down a bus-person to find our waitress so we could order a second drink, which came long after we began our entrees. (Not to mention being nearly served someone else's desserts as we were eating our salads). I'd give Posto 31 another go because the food was really good, and hope that the service "glitches" were just anomalies.

This was our second trip there. The Winter Salad is the best salad I’ve ever eaten. The wine was wonderful. Our entrees, salmon and a chicken dish, both had far too much lemon juice. This is too bad, because it certainly detracted from an excellent dining experience.

Hello, Food was great.
This was our second time there and both times we felt that our server was rushing us to order - we ordered drinks and appetizers and wanted to enjoy those without rushing to dinner.
While the menu is fantastic, I would encourage Posto 31 to expand their menu - there has to be enough variety to return frequently.
Other than that, we love Posto 31!

Our server really encouraged us to order fresh made pasta. While my gnocchis were good, the chunks of short ribs tasted like they came from a can. My friends agreed. The orecchiette was overly lemon forward. The ravioli was good, nothing special. A big disappointment. The breadsticks were good though. Probably won’t be back.

We had Valentines day dinner with their pre fix menu which offered several prints for each course and a well matched drink pairing. The service was wonderful and atmosphere was clean and inviting.

We had a great ladies dinner. Our waitress was a little over bearing & now looking back I think she was rushing us. Food was outstanding! Each dish better than the next! We ordered 3 different pastas & shared between the four of us. We did not get offered any dessert I think because they were looking for us to leave, since they closed at 8p but we did not realize that. We would def go back for the food!!

Second visit to Posto 31. The grilled Caesar salad and buttternut squash soup were outstanding. So was the delightful mushroom risotto. In all honesty, the rigatoni was too spicy. The pasta was cooked el dente but it had way too much Chile flakes. Very good restaurant but dining room is loud. Nice front desk staff. Will definitely return.

The apps are outstanding! I could make a meal out of them. We all had a pasta dish, nothing compares to their homemade pasta! Can't think of another restaurant in the area that makes their own. Service was phenomenal, from the bus boys to the server! The wine was excellent and the French 75 cocktail was very refreshing. Can't wait to go back!

I took my boyfriend to Posto 31 for dinner. He lives in MN and I wanted to take him to one of my favorite restaurants. He thought meatballs? Caesar salad? But was he blown away by the meatballs in polenta, the grilled Caesar, the arabchini, his drink, my wine, our server...everything was delicious!!! Amazing!

Lights kept flickering throughout the entire dinner.
Lights should stay dimmed for evening dining.

Food was excellent!

Great staff and wonderful appetizers. We had the Short Rib Gnocchi and Chicken Saltmbocca as mains and while the were good they didn’t reach the levels of the appetizers. The Gnocchi was soggy and the meat lacked flavor. It seemed like the chicken was somewhat under cooked. We will come back and try different main courses.

Excellent food, well prepared. Very courteous staff. Attentive to refilling water without being intrusive. Sat us pretty quickly considering the volume of people constantly arriving for their reserved table. Seemed like a hot spot for the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our dinner. Two of us dined and shared the brussel sprouts appetizer (very tasty, large appetizer so definitely something to share) and shared the spaghetti bolognese (excellent, great size for sharing). The homemade pasta is definitely something to try. I live in the city but work near the restaurant. I can definitely see coming back here for an after work dinner. Excellent meal!

The appetizers were better than the entrees. Also although we told our server at the beginning our meal that we were one ticket and the other couple was another, they didn't split our ticket appropriately at the end of the meal. The ambiance was nice and the cocktails were very good.

Four of us dined here on a snowy Saturday night. We had a 5:45 reservation and when we walked in there was ample seating. Then, even despite the snow, the place continued to fill with diners. You can see how popular it is. We had the fresh ricotta with honey and the brussel sprout/artichoke appetizers. Both delicious and just the right amount for sharing. Everyone had a different entree and since we all cleaned our plates, I have to say we were all satisfied. The food was presented well, tasty, and portion sizes were just right. After reading some of the reviews about the noise level, I was a bit concerned but we didn't have any problem continuing our conversation as the dining room filled and I didn't find it to be too noisy at all. We'll definitely go back since this is truly a neighborhood spot for us. Our server was attentive and very friendly.

Great food and friendly service, but unfortunately way TOO LOUD. The Soundprint app measured 86 decibels - which can cause hearing damage over time. Difficult to enjoy what is otherwise a really good place. We'll surely return after the management mitigates the echos and caused by floor, walls, ceiling.
